Old Town Trio Hostel Rooms Overview
First Impressions
Walking down Raugyklos gatvė, you’d almost miss Old Town Trio Hostel Rooms if you weren’t looking for it — which is actually part of its charm. This four-star property sits right in the thick of Vilnius Old Town, and I mean really in the heart of it. You’re literally surrounded by cobblestone streets and medieval architecture, but somehow this place manages to feel like a peaceful retreat rather than just another tourist trap.
The Location Magic
Honestly, the location here is pretty spectacular — couples seem to get it, rating it 9.3 for romantic getaways, and I can see why. You can stumble out the front door and be at Vilnius Cathedral in about five minutes, or wander over to the quirky Užupis district (the self-proclaimed republic with its own constitution) in roughly the same time. What I love is that you’re close enough to everything that matters, but Raugyklos street itself doesn’t get the heavy foot traffic of some other Old Town spots, so you actually get some quiet moments.
Rooms and Comfort
The room situation here surprised me — despite the “hostel” name, these are proper private accommodations that feel more like a boutique hotel. The beds are genuinely comfortable (apparently other guests agree, because this place has built quite a reputation for good sleep), and there’s something refreshing about the clean, unfussy design. You know what struck me? The windows actually open properly, which sounds silly but makes such a difference when you want fresh air without cranking up the AC.
Practical Perks
Breakfast here covers the basics well — continental and buffet options that’ll fuel you for a day of exploring without breaking the bank. The fact that they have parking on-site is honestly a game-changer if you’re driving, because finding a spot in Vilnius Old Town can be a real headache otherwise. I noticed they seem to have a lot of repeat guests, which tells you something about how people feel about coming back here. The staff maintains a welcoming atmosphere throughout your stay.
Why Guests Love It
There’s something understated about this place that works really well — it doesn’t try to be flashy or oversell itself, but it delivers on the things that actually matter when you’re traveling. The location puts you right where you want to be, the rooms are comfortable enough that you’ll sleep well, and the whole operation feels reliable rather than chaotic. For the price point and the prime Old Town setting, it’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you found a bit of a secret, even though plenty of other smart travelers have clearly figured it out too. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend or an extended stay, this property consistently exceeds expectations.

Reviews of Old Town Trio Hostel Rooms
Great location for me, so in the early morning I can take a bus to another city. – Thi from Norway – August 24, 2025 (10/10)
Got a baby cot for my 1 year old and I am very happy with that.
What could be improved: Well nothing is perfect but it's acceptable. No entrance for a stroller but if there is someone near by they will help.An ok hotel for the price – Stevecofield from United Kingdom – July 25, 2025 (8/10)
The hotel was comfortable, near enough, about 20 minutes, to Cathedral Square. The rooms were large. There was plenty of hot water and the pressure was good. The daytime receptionist was lovely. They supply a bathrobe and slippers which are very useful. It was clean.
What could be improved: The nighttime receptionist needs to work hard on her people skills. My room was very warm, they supply a fan, but it isn't really adequate. There's a decent spread for breakfast, but I usually only drink coffee and have some sweet pastries, neither of which were particularly nice. The side of the bed I chose to sleep on was broken, they did try to fix it, but it broke straightaway. Not a tragedy as I could sleep on the other side of the bed.Great hotel to stay in Vilnius! – Mariah from United States – July 18, 2025 (10/10)
Beds were comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great, easy walk to old town and many sights.
What could be improved: The shower didn't drain the first day but seemed like it was mostly fixed the last time we showered.Good option to stay. – Mark from Belarus – June 29, 2025 (9/10)

Amazing staff, spacious and comfortable room, clean bathrooms, great location. Top stay!
Great value for money, within walking distance to city centre – Euan from United Kingdom – April 4, 2025 (8/10)
I arrived late at night/early morning and previously checked if this was okay via messenger. I was reassured they had 24hr reception which was great when I arrived.
I was expecting to be sharing a room with other but had my own room which was big and spacious.
The beds were super comfy too for the price and overall offered amazing value for money.
What could be improved: The only negative I found which wouldn’t hinder me from booking again is when I was checking out, there was no one at the desk and after about 5 mins of waiting someone appeared to check me out.Wonderful – Daiva from United Kingdom – March 24, 2025 (9/10)
Everything is fine 🙂
What could be improved: 🤔Wonderful – Anna from Belgium – March 9, 2025 (9/10)
