The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel setup. Well, assuming your friend has really good taste and actually cleans up before you visit. The space is genuinely comfortable, not just Instagram-pretty, if you know what I mean. I loved that I could grab coffee from the little kitchen instead of hunting down an overpriced café first thing in the morning. Actually, speaking of coffee – there’s this tiny roastery called Crooked Nose & Coffee Stories literally around the corner that locals swear by, and now I understand why. The apartment’s location puts you within walking distance of spots like that, the kind of places you’d never find if you were stuck in some generic hotel near the train station.

What really sold me was how quiet it gets at night. Vilnius Old Town can be… well, let’s just say the bachelor parties from other EU countries tend to get enthusiastic around midnight. But Klaipėdos street stays surprisingly peaceful – I think it’s because there aren’t any bars right on the block, just residential buildings and a few quiet shops. You’ll hear the occasional car, sure, but nothing like the all-night party soundtrack you get closer to Town Hall Square. The 9-point rating honestly makes sense when you factor in that you’re getting Old Town authenticity without the Old Town noise levels. I’d definitely come back, especially during shoulder season when the crowds thin out but the weather’s still decent for wandering those cobblestone streets without dodging tour groups every five steps.

  We stayed for one night. The apartment is super cozy and warm, with everything you need. It’s tucked away on a quiet private street in the Old Town but is still close to everything. 15 mins walk from Maurizio pizza place (on Town Hall square) where we had the best pasta and pizza! We’re definitely coming back soon to stay longer. Highly recommended!
