  I like the complete amenities , value for money and it was neat. Aside from the molds on the corner by the wall.
  
  What could be improved: It was broken front door by the building entrance, but it’s good there was another entrance which was not mentioned tho. I think you need to fix this door problem of the building entrance because i was already freezing outside and the other tenants said it’s sometimes like this. Also, the key box was very difficult to open on my first day and was impossible to open when I left the premises. I was trying to open it for 30minutes and was unable to so I messaged owners and informed them, they mentioned they needed to clean the place that’s why I cannot extend my stay so I was hoping they will come to help me with keys, but unfortunately they didn’t.
