I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Nileja, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? Sometimes the best discoveries come from keeping your expectations in check and just seeing what happens. This little gem absolutely floored me, and I mean that in the best possible way.

What struck me right away was how the staff actually seemed to care about what they were doing. Check-in was smooth (no awkward standing around while they figured out their system), and there’s this genuine warmth that you can’t fake. The rooms are clean – like, properly clean, not just “looks fine from the doorway” clean. I’m talking about those little details that matter when you’re actually living in a space for a few days. The beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night, and honestly, the shower pressure was better than what I have at home. Small victories, right?

Here’s the thing that really gets me about Nileja – it punches way above its weight class. You’d expect a 3-star to cut corners somewhere, but I kept looking for the catch and… there really isn’t one. The Wi-Fi actually works (revolutionary concept, I know), the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, and the windows open properly if you prefer fresh air. It’s those practical things that make or break a stay, especially if you’re traveling for work or need to actually get things done. The location works well too – you’re not stuck in the middle of nowhere, but you’re also not dealing with constant street noise keeping you up at night. That sweet spot is harder to find than you’d think.

What really sealed the deal for me was realizing that this place consistently delivers on the basics while adding thoughtful touches that show someone’s paying attention. The housekeeping is thorough, the common areas feel well-maintained, and there’s this overall sense that they’ve figured out how to run a proper hotel without all the unnecessary frills that just jack up the price. I mean, a 9.2 rating doesn’t happen by accident – that’s the result of guests repeatedly having experiences that exceed what they were expecting. After staying here, I totally get why people keep coming back and why the reviews are so positive.   Nice family house 2km from the center. There is a hidden bakery also at the roundabout.
  The room is spacious, the kitchen is well eqipped. We will return sooner or later for sure.
