WARM and COSY apartment with private ENTRANCE and PARKING in a city center, I thought “okay, someone got a little excited with the caps lock.” But you know what? They weren’t kidding about any of it. This little gem sits right on Z. Sierakausko gatvė in Naujamiestis, which is honestly one of the best spots you could ask for in Vilnius – close enough to everything that matters, but tucked away on a quieter residential street where you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling around at 2am.

The private entrance thing is actually brilliant – you’re not awkwardly bumping into other guests in some narrow hallway, and there’s something really satisfying about having your own key to your own door. The parking situation alone makes this place worth it if you’re driving (and let’s face it, finding parking in Vilnius old town is basically a nightmare). I mean, you’re literally a ten-minute walk from Cathedral Square, maybe fifteen if you’re stopping to grab coffee at one of those tiny cafés that locals actually go to. The apartment itself feels genuinely cozy – not that fake “cozy” that means cramped, but actually warm and lived-in. You can tell someone put thought into making it feel like a home rather than just another rental unit with IKEA furniture thrown together.

What really surprised me was how quiet it gets at night, considering you’re right in the city center. The windows are decent quality, and Z. Sierakausko isn’t one of those streets where cars are racing around all hours. Actually, the whole Naujamiestis district has this nice residential vibe – you’ll see families walking their dogs, elderly folks sitting on benches, that sort of authentic neighborhood feeling that’s getting harder to find in European city centers. The 9.1 rating makes total sense when you factor in that you’re getting hotel-level convenience (that parking situation, again) with apartment-style comfort, and honestly without the inflated prices of those boutique places in the old town. Sure, it’s not going to win any design awards – the décor is more practical than Instagram-worthy – but sometimes you just want a place that works well and doesn’t make you feel like you’re camping in someone’s showroom. Plus, you’re close enough to Gediminas Avenue for shopping and restaurants, but far enough away that you’re not paying old town premiums for everything.

Travelers should reserve a hotel in Vilnius at least two months ahead for major events like cultural festivals, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near historic attractions.

  Iš esmės patiko viskas. Erdvus, švarus, puikiai įrengtas butas, patogus parkingas. Didelė virtuvė, kurioje gausu įvairių puodų, įrankių, lėkščių ir t.t. Buvo arbatos, kavos, prieskonių, druskos…pritrūko tik aliejaus "pilnai laimei". Nudžiugino miegamajame puikiai įrengta didelė spinta su vidiniu apšvietimu, vonioje brangi, aukštos kokybės kosmetika. Nuostabiai bendraujanti šeimininkė, operatyviai atsakinėjo į kilusius klausimus.
  
  What could be improved: Žymesnių trūkumų neradome, tik kelios smulkmenos, negadinančios bendro gero įspūdžio. Nėra matomos informacijos apie prisijungimą prie WiFi, prisiėjo klausti šeimininkės. Vonios kambaryje galėtų būti keletas kabliukų rūbams/rankšluosčiams, kad nekabinti ant džiovintuvo, Rankšluosčiai galėtų būti minkštesni. Na ir dar – puodų yra daug ir įvairaus dydžio, o dangčių neradome, prisiėjo naudoti lėkštes 🙁

  The flat is lovely! It's close to the center, yet in a quiet neighborhood, windows facing a quiet yard. It had everything we needed, the kitchen has all the things for cooking, and a coffee machine. The flat is beautiful and cosy. And very clean! Loved the wooden floors and the bathtub! We got a good rest and really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very sweet and the instructions for check-in were very clear and easy. Would love to stay there again!

  * Stay at this apartment was a pleasure, even though we spent a most of time in the beatuiful city of Vilnius eating pink soup on pink soup festival.
  * On the day of arrival the host gave us clear instructions on how to get through the gate to a inner parking and inside the apartment. The apartment itself was really spacious, definitely bigger than we expected, and also nicely finished with wooden floors. The host left us some treats on the counter which was super neat.
  * Kitchen is well equipped, altough we ate delicious breakfast nearby in Kavos Era (also recommended).
  * Bed was comfy.
  * Manageable walking distance to city centre

  We loved the cozy atmosphere of the place – and the fact that it had everything we needed for our stay. It even has very convenient parking right outside – but we did not have to use it because we did not drive in with a car.

  I was met by Skaiste upon arrival and she was great. Got me settled into the apartment then even showed me around Vilnius. The place itself looks in person way better than the pictures. All the appliances work well. Shower and faucets have great pressure. Wifi was very fast (I do video editing and upload and download a few gigs of video a day and this was good enough for me).
  
  What could be improved: Everything was great. I got lucky booking this place.
