I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name New Town Home 3, I wasn’t expecting much. It sounds pretty generic, right? But walking up to this place on Vivulskio Gatvė, you immediately get why it has that killer 9.6 rating. The building has this understated charm that fits perfectly into Naujamiestis, and you know what really struck me? How quiet this stretch of Vivulskio is compared to the busier parts of the district. I mean, you’re still close enough to everything that matters, but you actually get some peace.

The whole vibe here is more like staying at a friend’s well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel – which honestly makes sense given the “home” in the name. The rooms have this lived-in comfort that a lot of places try to fake but never quite nail. What really impressed me was the attention to small details that actually matter when you’re traveling. The Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, the shower pressure is decent (trust me, this isn’t a given in older Vilnius buildings), and there’s proper blackout capability if you need to sleep in after exploring Old Town until late. Speaking of which, you can easily walk to Gedimino Avenue in about fifteen minutes, or catch one of the frequent buses that run along nearby streets.

The staff genuinely seems to know the neighborhood – not just the tourist highlights everyone mentions, but practical stuff like which grocery store stays open latest or where to grab decent coffee early in the morning. During my stay, they steered me toward this little bakery on Jogailos that I never would’ve found otherwise. Sure, it’s a 3-star place, so don’t expect marble bathrooms or a concierge in a fancy uniform, but honestly? Everything works, everything’s clean, and the beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t spend the night fighting with lumpy pillows. The location really shines during summer evenings when Naujamiestis comes alive – you can hear a bit of the neighborhood buzz, but it’s the good kind of urban energy, not late-night party chaos. If you’re the type who wants to experience Vilnius like someone who actually lives here rather than just hitting the major tourist spots, this place gets it right.

  not my first time at this hotel as every time i had traveled, the places were nowhere as good as this! Plenty clean, beautiful place. Good price as well, definitely coming back in the near future.
