The staff runs more like apartment management than hotel service, which works well if you’re the independent type but might feel a bit hands-off if you’re used to having someone anticipate your every need. Parking was trickier than I expected – the old town streets weren’t exactly designed for cars, obviously – but they do have arrangements with a garage about a five-minute walk away. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, no fuss, though I’d definitely recommend confirming your arrival time since there’s not always someone at the front desk.
