The apartment itself – well, they weren’t kidding about the luxury part. Everything feels genuinely new and thoughtfully designed, not that generic IKEA-catalog look you get in so many places. The kitchen has this sleek stone countertop that’s perfect for spreading out your farmer’s market finds (there’s a decent one nearby on Saturdays), and the bathroom has one of those rainfall showers that actually delivers decent pressure. What really impressed me was the attention to small details – USB outlets by the bed, blackout curtains that actually block light, and honestly, the Wi-Fi speed was better than what I have at home. The free parking is clutched in a city where finding a spot can be absolutely maddening, especially if you’re planning day trips out to Trakai or the Curonian Spit.

I mean, with a 9.8 rating, you’d expect something special, but this place delivers on it without feeling pretentious. The Šnipiškės neighborhood has this interesting mix of sleek new developments and older Soviet-era buildings – it’s like watching a city transform in real time. You’ve got the business district within walking distance, some surprisingly good restaurants (try the Georgian place around the corner – locals pack it on weekends), and the riverfront path is perfect for morning runs. The only minor thing I’d mention is that construction is pretty active in the area, so weekday mornings can get a bit noisy around 8 AM, but honestly, if you’re the type to sleep until noon, this might not be your vibe anyway. For anyone wanting to experience Vilnius like an actual resident rather than just another tourist checking off UNESCO sites, this apartment gives you that perfect home base feeling.

  What could be improved: No recycling, soundproofing is a bit bad for such a new building. Not much in the area apart for a little coffee shop around the corner, but the city is small so you can be in the center really soon

  Beautiful apartment. Nice view from the balcony. Toaster, tea kettle, oven, coffee machine, bath – wonderful. Big mirrors everywhere. Fresh flowers were a nice touch.

  Location is very good esp. If you need a car space like we did. The space is underground and v secure. A new apartment in a block which isn't completely finished. 20 minutes walk to the start of old town. Good communication with the host. Cleanest apartment ever stayed in. Slippers provided. Abundance of cleaning products. Everything good quality from Fairy dish washing liquid to toiletries, kettle, toaster, robot vacuum and washing machine. Air con works well, even if you have to leave the bedroom door open. Good Tv with Netflix. Good set of basics left, like extra virgin olive oil, 6 spices, some rice, pasta, noodles etc. 10 coffee pods for the Nespresso capsule machine. Thanks! Neighbours were quiet. Bed comfortable. Cotton sheets. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Wi fi excellent.
  
  What could be improved: If there is only one person collecting the keys and you have a car it will be more cumbersome. There were 2 of us so mot a problem. Over use of scented sticks, but no problem if you put them in a cupboard. The shower – we worked out the best way to keep the floor dry! Roll up the thick mat and place in the gap between the tub and sink cabinet. Leave the shower curtain on the outside. Kitchen a bit cramped for gourmet chefs ;). Plastic utensils need to be replaced with better quality ones. More pots and pans, an oven glove and tea towel would have made it easier.
