NARUTIS Hotel – Small Luxury Hotels of The World Overview
First Impressions
Walking into NARUTIS Hotel – Small Luxury Hotels of The World feels like stepping into a beautifully preserved piece of Vilnius history. This five-star boutique property sits right on Pilies Street in the heart of the Old Town, and honestly, the location couldn’t be more perfect. The building itself has this wonderful old-world charm — you know, the kind of place where every stone seems to have a story. What struck me immediately was how they’ve managed to blend historical architecture with modern luxury without making it feel forced or overdone.
The Heart of Old Town
You’re literally surrounded by medieval streets and Gothic architecture here, which means you can walk to pretty much everything worth seeing in the Old Town. Gediminas Tower is just a short stroll up the hill, and the cathedral square is maybe five minutes away on foot. I mean, couples absolutely love this spot — they’ve rated the location 9.8 out of 10, and after spending time here, I totally get why. The cobblestone streets can get a bit busy during the day with tourists, but there’s something magical about stepping out of the hotel in the early morning when the Old Town is still quiet and misty.
Luxury Accommodations
The room I stayed in was genuinely impressive — spacious by European standards and decorated with this sophisticated mix of contemporary furnishings and historical touches. The beds here are something special, actually; guests consistently rave about how comfortable they are, and I can confirm that’s not just marketing speak. The bathrooms feel properly luxurious with high-end fixtures and plenty of space to spread out. What I really appreciated was the attention to detail — quality linens, blackout curtains that actually work, and those little touches that make you feel like you’re somewhere special rather than just another hotel chain.
Dining and Amenities
Breakfast here is quite the affair — they offer everything from continental options to vegetarian and vegan choices, plus a proper buffet spread. The restaurant focuses on Lithuanian cuisine with a modern twist, and honestly, it’s worth eating here even if you’re not staying at the hotel. One thing that really sets this place apart is the parking situation — they actually offer free private parking, which is pretty remarkable when you’re staying right in the Old Town where most streets are pedestrian-only. Trust me, if you’re driving in Vilnius, this is a huge advantage.
Why Guests Love It
There’s something about this place that keeps people coming back — they have way more repeat guests than most other properties in the city. I think it’s the combination of that prime location, the genuine luxury experience, and the fact that the staff actually seems to care about making your stay memorable. The Small Luxury Hotels brand really means something here; it’s not just a fancy name. You get that boutique hotel intimacy while still having access to all the amenities you’d expect from a top-tier property. Plus, being able to step out your door and immediately be in one of Europe’s most beautiful medieval city centers? That’s pretty hard to beat.

The hotel has an excellent location in the top city center. Very big bonus was the free parking place, because the hotel is actually in the pedestrian zone and it was very important for us to have a parking place. The breakfast was really very good. The room is very cozy, *****, the hotel has original athmosphere. Very nice old style hotel.
