Moon Garden Boutique Hotel Overview
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Moon Garden Boutique Hotel – you know how these smaller places can be hit or miss. But the moment I walked through those doors, I got it. There’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about this place, not just runs it. The lobby has this warm, lived-in elegance that feels more like stepping into a well-traveled friend’s home than a hotel. And that 8.8 rating? Yeah, it’s earned.
What really struck me was how they’ve nailed that sweet spot between intimate and professional. The staff – and I mean this – actually remember your name after the first day. Not in that forced, corporate training way, but genuinely. I watched the front desk manager chat with guests about local hiking trails like she’d grown up exploring them herself. The rooms have character too, which is refreshing when so many boutique hotels feel cookie-cutter these days. Mine had this gorgeous reading nook by the window (perfect for morning coffee, by the way), and the bathroom amenities were clearly chosen by someone who travels and knows what actually matters. The shower pressure was fantastic – I know that sounds trivial, but honestly, it’s the little things that stick with you.
Here’s what I’d tell anyone considering staying here: it’s the kind of place that makes you slow down in the best way. Breakfast isn’t rushed, the common areas actually invite you to linger, and there’s this garden space out back that’s legitimately peaceful – not just Instagram peaceful, but actually restorative. I spent more time there than I planned, just reading and people-watching. The whole property has this unhurried vibe that’s becoming rare. Sure, it’s not massive or flashy, and if you’re looking for a huge pool or casino, you’ll be disappointed. But if you want to feel like you’ve discovered something special rather than just booked another room, this place delivers. I left already planning my next visit, which honestly doesn’t happen often anymore.
Apartments in Vilnius provide travelers with authentic local experiences, allowing them to explore traditional Lithuanian markets and cook with regional Baltic specialties.

I really appreciated the administrator helping me out with the suitcase when she saw I was pregnant and travelling with my 6 y.o. son. Really thankful for that!
The room was clean and cozy, and the location is very fortunate also: a 5 min walk to the city center and all the restaurants, but easily reachable by taxi.Arslan from Turkey (9/10)
A small boutique hotel which has keyless etrance to hotel and rooms. Also, they have open reception day time. Very close to old town and main train station. Reception is very helpful. Breakfast has no too many foods, but you find enough.. Also room designs are very good.
Gabriela from Sweden (8/10)
I liked that the room looked non-generic, had a kitchen corner and there were some extra useful appliances in the bathroom. The staff was helpful. The check in was a breeze. Also, shout out for two smaller blankets on a double bed rather than one large!

Very cozy hotel, check-in was quick and efficient, the room was comfortable, especially the bed! The location is spot-on, just on the edge of the old town, with plenty nearby.
