The cobblestone streets can be a bit tricky with luggage, but that’s just part of the charm, you know?

What I really liked was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re so central. I guess being tucked away near the Gates means you avoid some of the main tourist foot traffic, but you’re still close enough that you can hear the bells from the chapel in the morning – which is either romantic or annoying depending on how you feel about early wake-up calls.
