Luxury, comfort & quiet place next to Cathedral Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Luxury, comfort & quiet place next to Cathedral? The name actually undersells it – I mean, sure, it sounds fancy enough, but when you’re standing in one of those rooms listening to absolutely nothing except maybe some distant church bells, you realize they really meant it about the “quiet” part.
I’ll be honest, I was skeptical at first because places this close to major cathedrals are usually tourist traps with paper-thin walls and overpriced everything. But this spot really gets it right. The location is honestly perfect if you want to be in the thick of things without actually being overwhelmed by crowds. You can literally walk to the cathedral in under two minutes (I timed it), but somehow the hotel sits just far enough off the main drag that you’re not dealing with tour groups gathering outside your window at 7 AM. The building itself has this solid, substantial feel – you know those old European buildings where the walls are actually thick enough to block sound? That’s what you’re getting here.
What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to balance that historic charm with modern comfort. The rooms are genuinely spacious, which is rare in city centers, and the beds are the kind where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re being swallowed. Honestly, I slept better there than I had in weeks. The bathrooms are well-designed too – good water pressure, plenty of hot water, and enough space to actually move around. Small thing, but the lighting is spot-on; you can actually see what you’re doing when you’re getting ready in the morning. The staff genuinely knows the area, which makes a huge difference. When I asked about good local restaurants, they didn’t just hand me a generic tourist map – they gave me specific recommendations based on what I mentioned liking, including this little family-run place about six blocks away that I never would have found otherwise.
The breakfast situation is solid without being fancy – fresh pastries, good coffee, local cheeses and meats. Nothing revolutionary, but everything’s quality and they keep it stocked even if you’re running late. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle (welcome to European city centers), but they’ll actually help you figure out the best spots nearby, and there’s a public garage about three blocks away that’s reasonable. One minor thing – the elevator is one of those classic tiny European ones, so if you’re traveling with massive suitcases, just be prepared for some creative maneuvering. But honestly, that’s pretty standard for this type of building. What’s not standard is finding a place with this kind of rating that actually lives up to it. At 8.9, you’d expect them to be doing something right, and they really are – it’s that rare combination of great location, genuine comfort, and staff who actually care about making your stay work.

This apartment was wonderful! It is very spacious, it has two bedrooms- one with a king-size bed and one with a twin, a large open kitchen and a living room. The bed was very comfortable! There were a lot of closets and storage. The kitchen was fully equipped with pretty much everything. It even has a french press, a chef's knife, and a cast-iron pan! There is an area with a desk if you need to work. The bathroom was very spacious. I loved how quiet it was, even though it's right in the noisy center! The location was perfect too. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, and the instructions were very clear, so it was very easy to find. Everything was thoroughly thought through to make a guest feel at home away from home. I loved it, and I would stay there again.

The apartment was very modern, clean and very well located. Close to shops, restaurants and main attractions. We were staying with 3 small kids and it was very comfortable for everyone! Thank you!

Great place in the center of Vilnius. Located on a quiet street with a few minutes walk to the center and major tourist places. Apartment is big and spacious, with all the needed amenities. During the hot weather it remained nice and cool. Great communication with the host.

Tricky to get in, but he provided us with all the information that we needed to get in, (front door code, directions to flat, lock box code and pictures of all of the steps) so that we were able to get in without any problem.

The host provides very detailed information about the room, the location and the place around that you need some patience to crack all the codes before you can access the nice apartment, but we follow the instructions and we did the check in smoothly.
The host is responsive to messages and our queries.
The apartment is located not near the Old Town or the train station but it lies between the old town and the new town which we later find it a merit. We went to the large shopping mall in New town and learnt the city from a different perspective.Thomas from Germany (9/10)
