There’s a proper kitchen where you can make coffee in the morning (trust me, you’ll want to), and the living area has enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. What really sold me, though, was the terrace — it’s not huge, but it’s perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink while watching Vilnius wake up or wind down below you. The furnishings are modern without being sterile, and everything feels thoughtfully chosen rather than just ordered from a hotel catalog.

Location Magic

Here’s the thing about Gedimino Prospektas — you’re literally in the beating heart of the city. I could walk to the Cathedral Square in about five minutes, and the Old Town is right there whenever you want to explore those medieval streets. But what I really appreciated was having actual Vilnius life happening right outside the windows. There’s a great little restaurant called Lokys just a few blocks away that locals actually go to, and you’re close enough to Vokiečių Street to grab dinner without feeling like you’re in tourist central.

Practical Perks

One thing that genuinely impressed me was the parking situation — they actually have free private spots available, which is pretty remarkable for this part of the city. I mean, try finding parking on Gedimino Prospektas on your own and you’ll quickly appreciate this perk. The building is well-maintained, and while it’s not fancy, everything works properly. The Wi-Fi is solid (I worked from there a couple of days), and the neighbors are quiet enough that you can actually sleep with the windows open to catch that Baltic breeze.

Why Guests Love It

What strikes me most about this place is how it manages to feel both central and residential at the same time. You get that authentic Vilnius experience — hearing the trams rumble by, watching people head to work in the morning, seeing the city’s rhythm from your terrace — without sacrificing convenience. Couples seem to particularly love it here, and I can see why. There’s something romantic about having your own little perch above one of the city’s most beautiful avenues, especially when the evening light hits those baroque facades just right. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, which honestly makes it more charming than places that cost twice as much.

  Communication leading up to our stay was excellent. Collecting the keys was very easy with detailed instructions provided. The location was fabulous. We could walk into the old town, or could easily arrange taxi and rideshare pickups from the property. Gediminas Ave was a lovely street to walk, shop, eat and stroll along.
  
  The property is on the top floor and has lots of stairs, so it may not be suitable for those less mobile. The view from the terrace was gorgeous and I sat out there to have my daily morning coffee (A coffee machine and pods were provided).
  
  The apartment has everything you need for your stay; kitchen is well equipped, two full bathrooms, washing machine and large TV. It's very spacious and well appointed.
  
  I would definitely stay here next time I visit Vilnius.

  Apartments in the attic of the house. Two bathrooms, a comfortable and well-equipped kitchen. A very nice bedroom with access to a romantic roof terrace. Upon arrival we found excellent Lambrusco wine, we felt welcome. Choose these apartments!
