Loft 66/A nice view Vilnius Overview
So I stumbled upon Loft 66/A nice view Vilnius during what was supposed to be a quick weekend in Lithuania, and honestly? The name pretty much nails it – you really do get a nice view, though that feels like underselling it a bit. This 4-star spot sits right on Smolensko gatvė in Naujamiestis, which I’ll admit I butchered the pronunciation of for most of my stay, but the location is actually brilliant. You’re close enough to walk into Old Town without the tourist chaos happening right outside your window, you know? The loft-style setup gives you that airy, industrial-chic vibe without feeling cold or sterile – there’s something about those high ceilings and big windows that just makes you want to spread out and actually relax.
What really got me was how they’ve managed to balance that modern aesthetic with genuine comfort. I mean, you can tell someone put thought into the little things – the lighting doesn’t make you look like you’re in a hospital, the bed is actually firm enough to sleep well on (not one of those squishy hotel mattresses that leaves you feeling like you wrestled a marshmallow), and the kitchenette isn’t just for show. I actually used it, which never happens in hotels. The view they’re talking about? Well, you get a proper look at Vilnius spreading out below you, and during sunset – which happens ridiculously late in summer, by the way – the whole city sort of glows golden. It’s one of those moments where you stop scrolling your phone and just look, you know?
The Naujamiestis district itself is pretty perfect for getting a feel for how locals actually live. You’ve got cafes that aren’t tourist traps, little shops tucked into converted courtyards, and this general sense that you’re staying somewhere real rather than in some sanitized hotel bubble. Check-in was smooth – no hovering or weird upselling attempts – and the staff seemed genuinely happy to give recommendations that weren’t just the obvious tourist spots. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this area, so if you’re driving, maybe shoot them a message beforehand. The 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there; it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in the city, but everything works exactly as it should, and sometimes that’s exactly what you want. Plus, there’s something satisfying about staying somewhere with “loft” in the name and actually feeling like you’re in a loft, not just a regular hotel room with exposed brick wallpaper.
Hotels in Vilnius offer visitors the opportunity to stay in the heart of this Baltic gem, with easy access to museums, galleries, and historic landmarks.

Reviews of Loft 66/A nice view Vilnius
Exceptional – Anne from Estonia – July 17, 2025 (10/10)
We stayed as a family with 2 schoolchildren for three nights in July 2025. We really liked the accomodation. It is spacious quiet appartement with nice view.
There is enough space to accomodate up to 7 people, the sleeping places can be rearrenged as you wish. The appartement looked like on the photos. All necessary things were avalaible (incl. in the kitchen – there was salt, coffee, black tea). There are blinders on the big windows and in the second floor bedroom.
The TV has SmartTV function, Youtube is available as well as many TV channels.
On the sscond floor there are air conditionaires which come in handy during hot summer months.
Lidl is around the corner and the old town is a 15 minute walk away down the hill. Even children were able to get everywhere by foot. The parking might be of an issue as it is city centre and there are no free parking zones nearby and the you have to pay for it.
What could be improved: I would not say that I did not like it but it would be more convinient if the vegetable oil was available in the kitchen.Exceptional – Konstantīns from Latvia – July 11, 2025 (10/10)
Easy check-in and check-out, amazing location not so far from old town.
Exceptional – Emile from Lithuania – June 9, 2025 (10/10)

What could be improved: –Perfect place – Laima from Denmark – December 25, 2023 (10/10)
Beautiful and spacious place with all needed equipment, good location. We will come back.
Everything as described on booking.com, would recommend – German from Lithuania – July 18, 2025 (9/10)
We had a great stay at Loft 66/A nice view Vilnius. The apartment was clean, with fresh bed linen and towels. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. There were no issues with Wi-Fi, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The view from the apartment was great and the location was perfect. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!
What could be improved: –Overall good experience, nice apartment, but definitely some space for improvement. – Vitalijs from Latvia – May 11, 2025 (9/10)
I liked the overall space, it’s spacious, has a nice kitchen with everything for cooking and has a good dining table.
What could be improved: The space wasn’t spotless clean and the decor in the interior is a bit old and had some dust. Also the dish washing mashing wasn’t clean and had a bad smell inside. Not a lot of privacy due to only one bedroom, other bed is in between bedroom and stairs. Not 3 bedrooms, but a good location – Amy from United States – January 5, 2024 (6/10)
The location was great and it was clean.
What could be improved: It is listed as 3 bedrooms but it was only 1 bedroom (it has three double beds, 2 are couches/futons but not bedrooms). It is listed as accommodating 7 persons but that is only if one person sleeps on a mat on the floor. There is no microwave, no elevator and it is on the 4th floor!!! Not convenient for travelers. There was no hand towels in the half bath, and the one main bathroom is starting to show a lot of wear (pealing cabinets, rust on mirrors etc.). The one bedroom gets really hot if you shut the door for privacy. There is an air conditioner but it is January so we didn’t turn it on.Horrible stay, avoid at all cost – Paula from United Kingdom – July 6, 2025 (1/10)
Nothing. Horrible experience, and you should avoid this place. The landlord is an extremely unpleasant person who doesn’t even bother to help with anything. It’s a disgrace that someone like this is allowed to rent properties on Booking
What could be improved: The host literally left us without accommodation. We waited for two hours after the check-in time in front of the apartment door, based on a false promise that the keys were on their way. In reality, the host had rented the flat to someone else and double-booked the property. Instead of acknowledging her mistake, she lied to us and forced us to wait outside in terrible weather conditions. After three hours, I had left 15 missed calls, and during the last five attempts, she simply hung up. She ignored us completely and left us stranded without a place to stay. This apartment was in a completely unacceptable state upon arrival. It was not clean – surfaces were dirty, and the over – Aliaksandr from United States – June 26, 2025 (5/10)
