Location-wise, you’re maybe a 15-minute ride to the city center, and honestly, the public transport connections aren’t bad if you don’t want to drive everywhere. There’s a grocery store within walking distance, which came in handy more than once. The neighborhood gets pretty quiet after dark – not dead quiet, but that comfortable residential hum where you can actually sleep without earplugs. I stayed here during shoulder season and never felt crowded or rushed, though I imagine it might get busier when the summer festival crowds hit Vilnius. For the price point and the fact that you get actual space to spread out (plus that parking situation sorted), it’s a solid choice if you don’t need to be right in the thick of things. Sure, it’s not going to win any design awards, but sometimes you just want a place that works without any fuss – and that’s exactly what Loft 61 delivers.
