The rooms have these high ceilings and exposed elements that give you breathing room, which is refreshing after cramming into tiny European hotel boxes elsewhere. And here’s the thing that’ll make you actually smile when you arrive: they really do have free parking right there, which if you’ve ever tried to park anywhere near Vilnius Old Town, you’ll know is basically like finding gold. The area might seem a bit removed at first glance, but it’s actually pretty well connected – you can catch public transport into the city center without much hassle, and there’s something nice about coming back to a quieter street after a day of tourist chaos.

What really struck me about this place is how they’ve managed to hit that sweet spot between being modern and functional without feeling sterile. The staff seems to actually care about what they’re doing (not always a given with 3-star places), and the whole check-in experience was refreshingly straightforward. I stayed here during shoulder season, so I can’t speak to how crazy it gets in summer, but the neighborhood has this authentic residential feel where you hear normal city sounds – trams in the distance, people heading to work – rather than the constant tourist buzz. The 8.3 rating makes sense to me because while it’s not trying to be luxury, it delivers well on what it promises. If you’re the type of traveler who’d rather spend money on experiences than fancy hotel amenities you won’t use, and you want a genuine base in Vilnius rather than being right in the thick of everything, this spot really works. Plus, having your own parking space means you can actually explore beyond the city if you want – the Lithuanian countryside is worth the drive, trust me.

  Modern apartment with free, easy parking. Nice park nearby and a big supermarket just around the corner.
  
  What could be improved: It seriously lacks basic essentials. No toilet paper, barely any kitchenware (no bowls, no pan, and only a burned pot), and just 3 pillows for 4 people. Not very comfortable for families or anyone planning to cook.

  The loft is beautiful and tidy. The bed is very comfortable, which is great for relaxing. The location is convenient, close to big shopping centers. We really liked it and recommend it!

  Нове двоповерхове приміщення, всередині є все необхідне для тривалого життя не зважаючи на невелику площу. Якби ще ручки прикрутили до шаф, то взагалі було б чудово.
  Якщо у вас є авто і вікна виходять не на паркінг (як і було в моєму випадку), то цілком комфортно.

  What could be improved: Постельное белье для ребенка , который спал на диване было влажным и лежало в шкафу. Нет лифта на второй этаж. Крутая лестница . С чемоданами будет нелегко подниматься.

  Vieta netoli didžiųjų prekybos centrų, patogiai galima nuvažiuoti ir į Santaros klinikas. Bute viskas nauja, tvarkinga. Kieme galima rasti nemokamą parkavimo vietą automobiliui.
  
  What could be improved: Vasario mėnesį buvo šalta pirmame lofto aukšte. Nors ir veikia oro kondicionierius, tačiau pirmame aukšte labai šalta. Loftai yra tarp įvairių sandėlių, be mašinos vaikščioti tamsoje būtų tikrai nejauku. Namo laiptinėje šviesa dega labai trumpai, paskui tenka pasišviesti telefono žibintuvėliu, daugiau šviesos nepavykdavo įjungti. Uždavėme klausimą apie ankstesnį atvykimą nei nurodyta, tačiau per visą viešnagę su mumis taip ir nebuvo susisiekta. Nežinau kaip būtų su kitais klausimais 🙂

  Понравилась чистота, парковка, чистая кровать, чистые апартаменты, чистый подъезд, в квартире тихо и не слышно шумов.
  
  What could be improved: Очень сложно добраться ,пришлось кружить чтобы понять как добраться до самого дома. Не понравилось, что для индукции не была предназначена сковородка,не получилось приготовить завтрак. Не хватало кухонных полотенец, всего три тарелки, посуды можно было и побольше.
  Выезд до 11, выспаться не удалось.
