IVIS House – Spacious Apartment with Terrace, Vilnius Old Town Overview
You know what caught me off guard about IVIS House – Spacious Apartment with Terrace, Vilnius Old Town? It actually feels like staying at a friend’s place who just happens to have incredible taste and lives in one of the most gorgeous parts of the city. I mean, Šv. Dvasios street isn’t one of those tourist-trap locations – it’s tucked into the real Old Town where you’ll hear church bells from the nearby Holy Spirit Church mixing with the morning sounds of locals heading to work.
The terrace is honestly the star here, and I get why that 9.3 rating makes sense once you’re sipping coffee out there in the morning. It’s one of those spots where you can actually see the medieval rooftops stretching out, but you’re not crammed in with tour groups like you’d be on some of the main squares. The apartment itself is properly spacious – not that fake “spacious” you see in listings where you can barely open a suitcase. The kitchen actually works for more than just reheating leftovers, which is rare in Old Town properties where everything’s been squeezed into centuries-old buildings. The whole place has this lived-in comfort that luxury hotels try to fake but never quite nail.
What really sold me on the location is how walkable everything becomes from here. Cathedral Square is maybe a seven-minute stroll, but you’re also close enough to Užupis (that quirky artist republic district) that you can wander over for dinner without planning your whole evening around transportation. The cobblestone streets can be a bit much if you’re dragging heavy luggage – honestly, pack light or be prepared for a workout – but once you’re settled, you’ll find yourself walking everywhere because the city just opens up from this spot. Parking can be tricky in this part of Old Town, so if you’re driving, definitely coordinate with them ahead of time. The evenings get surprisingly quiet for being so central, which I wasn’t expecting. You get that perfect balance where you feel connected to the city’s energy but can actually get some sleep without earplugs.
To book hotel in Vilnius during the famous Vilnius Festival season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts baroque architecture enthusiasts and cultural travelers from around the world.

Reviews of IVIS House – Spacious Apartment with Terrace, Vilnius Old Town
Lovely apartment – Sophie from Israel – August 21, 2025 (9/10)
Quiet location, not too far from the center. Modern design and nice kitchen equipment.
Free sleepers.
What could be improved: No hand and face towels, just one big towel per person. Pillows are very poor. Just one key, was kind of tricky for two couples.Perfect location with a great atmosphere – Bodo from Germany – June 6, 2025 (10/10)
Very comfortable. Nice location. The staff was super friendly and welcoming giving restaurant recommendations and helping in any kind
Brīnišķīgi – Laura from Latvia – May 5, 2025 (10/10)
Paldies!
Wonderful – Sipilä from Finland – March 13, 2025 (9/10)
Loistava sijainti ja viihtyisä asunto, ilmainen parkkipaikka oli hieno etu! Keittiö oli hyvin varustettu ja kylpyhuone oli tilava.
What could be improved: Kolmen hengen huoneistossa oli sänkyinä parisänky ja vuodesohva. Vuodesohvaa toisessa makuuhuoneessa en oikein ymmärrä, oikea sänky olisi toiminut paremmin, koska huoneistoon kuului myös olohuone isolla kulmasohvalla.Great modern apartment in a convenient location – Anatoli from Israel – March 10, 2025 (9/10)
We had a lovely stay in this apartment near the Old Town. It’s modern, tidy, and well-designed, with a terrace that was a great bonus. The underground parking was very convenient, especially for those traveling by car.
Overall, a great place to stay in Vilnius!
What could be improved: While most things were clean, some of the kitchenware could have been better maintained.Exceptional – Dmitri from Germany – October 6, 2024 (10/10)
