The location score of 9.1 isn’t just marketing fluff; couples especially seem to get it, rating it even higher for romantic getaways. You can walk to Cathedral Square in about five minutes, and the quirky Užupis district (Vilnius’s self-declared republic) is just a pleasant stroll across the river. I mean, where else can you have breakfast and then wander into a neighborhood that has its own constitution?

The Room Experience

The rooms at Hotel Panorama are what I’d call “comfortable without trying too hard.” You’re not getting premium amenities here, but each room feels clean and thoughtfully arranged. The windows — and this is key — actually give you those Old Town views that make you remember why you came to Lithuania in the first place. Some rooms look out over the red-tiled rooftops, others face the quiet street below. The beds are decent, the bathrooms work well, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped.

The buffet breakfast is honestly better than you’d expect from a three-star place. They’ve got the usual European spread, but they also include some Lithuanian touches that actually taste good — not just token local items thrown in for show.
