I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to HOME Apart-Hotel Vilnius on Vivulskio street, I wasn’t expecting much from the somewhat understated entrance. But you know what? Sometimes the best places don’t need to show off. This 3-star spot sits right in Naujamiestis, which locals just call the “New Town” (though honestly, it’s been around since the 19th century), and it’s got this quietly efficient vibe that just works.

The thing about this place is that it actually feels like what it claims to be – a proper apart-hotel where you can spread out without breaking the bank. The units have real kitchenettes, not those sad hotel coffee-maker setups, and I mean proper ones with actual cookware. I spent a week here last spring and ended up cooking breakfast most mornings because there’s a Maxima grocery store literally a five-minute walk away. The staff at check-in were refreshingly straightforward – no over-the-top enthusiasm, just helpful people who knew their neighborhood. They pointed me toward the best coffee spot nearby (hint: it’s not the touristy place everyone talks about on Pilies street).

What really sold me on this place was the location without the chaos. You’re close enough to walk to Old Town – maybe 15 minutes if you don’t mind a pleasant stroll – but far enough away that you’re not dealing with those massive tour groups clogging up the streets at 8 AM. The area around Vivulskio is actually where regular Vilnius residents live and work, so you’ll find yourself grabbing lunch at places where the menu isn’t translated into five languages. The 8.8 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed here; it’s not trying to be luxury, but everything just… functions properly. Hot water when you want it, reliable wifi, windows that actually keep the street noise out (which matters more than you’d think in this part of the city). I’ve stayed at fancier places in Vilnius that left me more frustrated than this straightforward spot ever did.

  Great spacious apartment, big bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe (I want one now lol)balcony, huge bathroom with a bath, well equipped kitchen Super riendly staff- the receptionist guy took our suitcases upstairs.   I stayed at the Apart Hotel for 3 days. The room I had was clean and practical. It wasn't very large, but it had a wardrobe, a small fridge, and a desk. I appreciated having a kettle and a tea set. Outside the room, there was a small kitchenette in the hall with a coffee machine. The staff were friendly, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The hotel’s location was excellent, near the old town but in a very quiet district.

  The apartment room was located in a quiet place, windows to the courtyard, not far from the large Vingio park, within walking distance of the Old Town, next to two large magazines LIdl and Rimi.

  the hotel is conveniently located in a quiet street with ample parking. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and proper with a comfortable bathroom for 2 people. It's comfortable walking distance to the old town and maxima as well.
