I stumbled across HaPPy Inn Rich Studio tucked away on Labdarių gatvė in Vilnius Old Town, and honestly, it’s one of those finds that makes you feel like you’ve cracked some local code. The whole self check-in thing had me a bit nervous at first – you know how these automated systems can go wrong – but it actually works brilliantly here. Got my codes via text, walked right in at nearly midnight after a delayed flight, and boom, I was settled in without having to wake up some poor desk clerk.

The studio itself is… well, it’s compact but smart. Really smart. Someone clearly thought about how people actually live in small spaces because everything has its place without feeling cramped. The kitchenette has proper gear – not those sad hotel mini-fridges and single-cup coffee makers that make you question your life choices. I mean, you can actually cook a decent meal if you want to, which is pretty clutch when you’re staying in Old Town where restaurant prices can make your wallet weep. The bed’s comfortable too, though the street can get a bit lively on weekend nights – but that’s Vilnius Old Town for you. Pack earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, or just embrace the fact that you’re staying in the heart of one of Europe’s most charming historic centers.

What really sold me though was that underground parking situation. Look, if you’ve ever tried to find parking in Old Town (especially near the cathedral area), you’ll understand why this is basically like finding a unicorn. No circling narrow cobblestone streets for twenty minutes, no worrying about your car getting dinged by delivery trucks squeezing through medieval lanes. Just roll right down into your guaranteed spot – it’s honestly worth the room rate alone. The location puts you maybe a five-minute walk from Gediminas Tower and the same to Cathedral Square, but you’re far enough from the main tourist drag that it doesn’t feel like Disney World. There’s this little café around the corner that does incredible šakotis (Lithuanian tree cake) that I never would’ve found if I’d stayed in one of those big chain places by the river. The 24/7 access means you can come and go as you please, which is perfect for those late dinners that somehow turn into 2 AM walks along the Neris. Sure, it’s not fancy – no doorman or marble lobby – but it’s got this efficient, lived-in vibe that makes extended stays feel natural rather than like you’re camping out in a hotel room.

Hotel in Vilnius booking should be done early, especially during summer festival season when the city hosts internationally celebrated cultural and music events.

  It is a very neat apartment with all the amenities you need for a home out of home. Very accessible to key areas like shopping, restaurants and easy parking. The host was very accessible.

  Amazing location, modern apartment, stocked up pantry (tea, coffee), hassle free check in and check out, great communication from the owner, everything worked well, parking is available.
  
  What could be improved: New sofabed sheets are needed – a real struggle to put them on because they're a size too small. Towels are paper thin and not what you'd expect from such a modern apartment, toilet plunger kept getting jammed after every flush, so had to remove the top every time to stop constant flow of water. A frying pan would be useful, had to fry eggs in a pot.. Also it gets hot on a summer day and the fan+open window is not enough

  Great location in the city centre, close to Vilniuas gatvė, but in a close quiet small street. Modern building with lift and parking (paid service). Self check-in with codes. Full equipped kitchen. Coffee, tea and chocolate free of charge. Large studio flat with a sofa bed for two people, and another one for one person. Clean and comfortable. Good WiFi.
  
  What could be improved: A bit hot in summer. No air conditioning. There is a fan, though. In any case, highly recommended!

  Has everything you need and might need, honestly shocked by the amount of the things they had left in the apartment for guests.
  Around the corner is an iki and a few minuets away is a cat cafe, perfect location.
  
  What could be improved: Taxi may find it difficult to reach the location as some streets get clossed off at times.
