I know it sounds boring, but if you’ve ever spent 20 minutes circling blocks looking for a parking spot in an unfamiliar city, you’ll appreciate having your own guaranteed space. It’s secure too, which gave me peace of mind leaving my car overnight. The elevator takes you right up to the main floors, so you’re not dragging luggage through some sketchy back alley entrance. The whole building feels safe and well-maintained – clean hallways, good lighting, that sort of thing that you notice when you’re a solo traveler. I actually ended up extending my stay by a night because the combination of convenience and comfort just worked for me. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel, not touristy but not sketchy either, with a decent coffee shop literally across the street that opens early. Sometimes the simple things – reliable wifi, hot water that actually stays hot, a parking spot waiting for you – matter more than fancy amenities you’ll never use anyway.

  new apartment in a modern building in the city center, in a very quiet neighborhood, without noise. All automated, elevator, well furnished and equipped with every comfort and useful thing in a house. Super kitchen and bathroom. Rarely find an apartment of such a high level in tourist rental. Fantastic. Easy and fast communication with the host.

  The location is perfect, right next to all the fun places, but there wasn't any noise during nighttime. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Really nice safe underground parking, which was very cheap (10 eur/day), compared to street parking (2.5 eur/h).
