Grand Duke Apartments Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Grand Duke Apartments, I was expecting something a bit stuffy and formal. You know, all velvet curtains and intimidating doormen. But this place actually surprised me in the best way possible. It’s got this wonderful balance where you feel like you’re staying somewhere special without all the pretentious nonsense that comes with some of these grander places.
What really struck me was how they’ve managed to keep that intimate, residential feel while still giving you proper hotel service. The apartments themselves are genuinely spacious – I mean, actual room to spread out your stuff without playing Tetris with your suitcase. The kitchenettes are properly equipped too, not just for show like you get in some places. I actually cooked breakfast a few mornings (well, okay, made coffee and toast, but still). The beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t spend the first night adjusting to weird pillows, and honestly, the soundproofing is better than I expected. No thin walls where you hear every conversation from next door.
The staff genuinely seem to know what they’re doing, which isn’t always a given at apartment-style places. Check-in was smooth – no standing around for twenty minutes while they figure out the computer system. They’re helpful without being hovering, if you know what I mean. When I had a question about local restaurants, the person at the desk actually gave me specific recommendations rather than just handing over a generic tourist brochure. The housekeeping is thorough but not intrusive, and they’re flexible about timing, which matters when you’re trying to work around sightseeing plans. One thing that impressed me was the attention to small details – proper coffee in the room, decent WiFi that actually works, outlets where you need them. It’s those little things that make you realize someone’s actually thought about how people really use these spaces. The whole place feels well-maintained without being sterile, lived-in but not worn down. I could see staying here for a week or longer without feeling cramped or getting that restless hotel feeling.

Beautiful apartment, lots of space. Every room was clean with attractive details. The kitchen was well-equipped and had a large fridge and microwave. There were different teas to choose from, which was lovely.
Gorgeous bathtub with a handheld showerhead. Water temperature was easy to regulate.
The view from the balcony was fantastic, and the bed was very large and comfortable. Great value for money. We would love to return here.Mihai from Germany (9/10)

Amazing location, and could not be located in a better place. Even though it was right in the old town it was so silent and private. You can see the main Gediminas Castle on top of the hill just from you balcony, so can expect to take a few nice pictures. Very authentic, and can feel that the host put love into this apartment.

Perfect location. Possibility to park a car in the yard. The arrangement of the apartments exceeded expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. I have been to Vilnius many times and lived there for some years but the stay there was absolutely different from other experiences. It's a special apartment which makes you feel special. Very comfortable for a family of 4 as it has 2 bedrooms and a living room. Lovely kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. Loved everything about this apartment!!

Awesome location, right in the middle of Old Town, grocery store and tons of restaurants are just steps away.

Great location in the centre of the Old Town, small quiet road but close to shops, bars and restaurants as well as the main sightseeing areas. The apartment was fabulously decorated, very ornate.
