You know what struck me first about Forentinn Gedimino pr.? It’s sitting right there on Gedimino Prospektas – basically Vilnius’s main drag – but somehow it doesn’t feel like you’re sleeping above a busy street. I mean, you’re literally at number 52, which puts you right in the thick of things in Naujamiestis, but the windows are surprisingly good at keeping the city hum at bay.

The thing about this spot is that it’s actually perfect if you want to explore Vilnius properly. I walked to the cathedral square in maybe ten minutes, and honestly, half the city’s best restaurants are within a few blocks. There’s this little courtyard behind the building that most people don’t notice – it’s where you realize this place has character beyond just being another 4-star hotel. The staff here genuinely knows the neighborhood, too. When I asked about good coffee nearby, the guy at reception didn’t just point me toward the obvious chains but mentioned this tiny place on Pylimo that locals actually use. That kind of insider knowledge is worth something, you know?

What really gets me is how they’ve managed the details without making it feel stuffy or overly polished. The rooms have this clean, Nordic-influenced design that works well – nothing flashy, but everything feels deliberate and comfortable. The bathroom fixtures are actually nice (I’m talking real water pressure, not the sad trickle you sometimes get), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. I stayed here during one of those gray Baltic November weeks, and even then the natural light was surprisingly good. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this part of town, but they’ve got arrangements that work – just ask when you book. The 9.8 rating honestly makes sense once you’re there for a day or two. It’s not that everything is perfect, but the things that matter for actually staying somewhere – sleeping well, feeling comfortable, having helpful people around – they’ve got those figured out. Plus, when you step outside, you’re immediately in the flow of the city rather than having to figure out buses or long walks to get anywhere interesting.

  Carefully decorated and modern apartment in vintage residential building located in the central avenue of Vilnus. Kitchen and bathroom very good equipped, with all amenities you may need (washing and drying machines, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron). Next to the bedroom there is a large closet, a kind of a dressing room with plenty of shelves, drawers, hangers for all your belongings. The bedroom is facing the avenue but it is completely isolated form city noise, when the window is closed. Separate air conditioners for bedroom and living room. Smart TV with soundbar in living room wit a small balcony open to the backyard. You can park your car in the backyard. As it is free of charge it may be overcrowded during a daytime but afternoons and evenings there is a lot of a free space.
  
  What could be improved: Unpleasant smell on the staircase, which doesn't affect the apartment itself. Lack of coffee capsules makes a coffee maker useless.

  На удивление отличные апартаменты. Все чисто, все аккуратно. Отдельно хочу сказать спасибо за наличие нормальных острых ножей и даже точилки. Посуда, мебель, техника все есть, все работает на отлично. Видно что в апартаменты вложились, поэтому все очень удобно и хорошо продумано. Спать удобно, отличный душ, короче никаких минусов нет и полное соответствие описанию . Слева и справа магазины в пешей доступности, буквально пара минут пешком, внизу ресторан украинской кухни. В квартире очень тепло, настолько, что включали кондиционер. Так как при открытом окне ночью в спальне несколько шумно, все таки центр города, то кондиционер реально спасает. Нормальный большой холодильник, отличная плита и духовка. Мы в квартире и завтракали и ужинали, все действительно удобно. Учтите, что квартира находится в некотором отдалении от центра старого города, но пройтись пешком 20 минут вообще не проблема. Очень рекомендую посетить музей в бывшем здании КГБ неподалёку. Я далеко не в первый раз в Вильнюсе, я жил в очень разных местах, но именно по качеству жизни эти апартаменты твердое первое место.

  Nuostabūs apartamentai. Nuotraukose atrodo puikiai, bet realybėje dar geriau (retas atvėjis). Šeimininkai itin paslaugūs. Bute rasite viską ko gali prireikti.
  Tobula vieta, patogu visur keliauti. Nemokamas parkingas, kas tikrai labai palengvino viešnagę.
