I’ll be honest – when I first saw Europa Dream Apartment listed on Konstitucijos prospektas, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The Šnipiškės district isn’t exactly the old town everyone talks about, but you know what? Sometimes the best finds are hiding in plain sight. This 4-star place sits in one of those sleek modern buildings that have been transforming this part of Vilnius, and after staying here, I get why it’s earned that incredible 9.9 rating.

The location actually turned out to be brilliant – I mean, you’re literally a stone’s throw from the business district, but here’s the thing most people don’t realize: you can walk to the old town in about 15 minutes if you cut through the Green Bridge area. Plus, there’s something refreshingly authentic about staying where actual Vilnius residents live and work, rather than being stuck in the tourist bubble. The apartment itself feels more like a friend’s really nice place than a sterile hotel room. The kitchen is properly equipped (not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation), which saved me a fortune since I could grab groceries from the nearby Maxima and actually cook decent meals. The windows are well-insulated too – important detail because Konstitucijos can get busy during rush hour, but honestly, the traffic noise barely registers inside.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between modern comfort and homey touches. The Wi-Fi is lightning fast (crucial for me since I was working remotely), the shower has proper pressure, and there’s actually decent storage space for your stuff. I stayed during late autumn when Vilnius gets those gray, drizzly days, and the apartment felt warm and bright even when the weather was being typically Baltic. The building itself is secure – you need a key card to get up to the floors, which gave me peace of mind. Check-in was surprisingly smooth too; they met me right at the apartment rather than making me trek to some separate reception desk across town. If I’m being picky, the bed could’ve been a touch firmer for my taste, but that’s honestly nitpicking when everything else works so well. The real win here is that you get genuine apartment living in a prime spot without the premium old town prices, and you’re still connected to everything that matters in Vilnius. Whether you’re here for business meetings in the financial district or planning day trips around Lithuania, this place just makes sense as a base.

  Linas, the host, was really hospitable and really took care of the apartment and of us as guests.
  He met us by the property to hand us over the keys, he organised cleaning for the apartment right before our arrival and even left Vilnius chocolate and champaign for us at the apartment!

  We have really enjoyed our stay at this modern appartment right in the city centre. The host was easily to contact if we had any questions. The location is amazing – next to the main bus/trolleybus stop, a short walk to the very centre of Vilnius, loads of shops, restaurants and cafes around. We will be returning next year!

  What could be improved: There was building/repairs/renovating on the whole side of the apartment block and work started at 7.45am including Saturday so that was a huge inconvenience. Every night there was major roadworks with heavy machinery renewing the road surface outside on the main road and also the side road. A huge machine was crunching up the old tarmacadam and the noise was unbelievable. We didn't escape the noise despite being on the 13th. floor. During the day the work was ongoing on the balcony outside our apartment so we had to put up with that also. Hot water was also switched off for maintenance for over 30 hours. All these things were outside the control of our host. Just bad timing for us, I suppose.

  We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very nice, well located, cosy and has everything one can need or think of! It is comfortable for a couple or a family of four. It is very central, walking distance to main attractions of Vilnius, restaurants and shops. The apartment has very nice views of the city center and the river. The host was very attentive, welcoming and flexible, allowed us to leave later than the check out time. He even organised a Christmas tree for our children! Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment!
