During my stay, the front desk guy (I think his name was Marco) gave me directions to a local café that wasn’t in any guidebook but served the best morning coffee I had all week. That’s the kind of insider knowledge you just don’t get at bigger hotels. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though I’ll admit the shower pressure could be better – not terrible, just sort of average. But honestly, the beds are surprisingly good quality, and the air conditioning works properly, which isn’t always a given in this price range.

What really struck me about this place is how it manages to feel both relaxed and well-run at the same time. You’ll notice little touches that show someone actually cares – fresh flowers in the common areas, towels that don’t feel like sandpaper, and housekeeping that doesn’t just rush through the motions. I stayed here during what seemed like a busy period, but it never felt chaotic or overwhelmed. The breakfast setup (continental style, nothing elaborate) actually had decent coffee and fresh pastries, and they kept everything well-stocked even when it got crowded around 8:30 AM. Look, I’ve stayed at places that cost twice as much and delivered half the genuine hospitality. That 9.5 rating isn’t some fluke – it reflects the fact that Domina understands something a lot of hotels miss: travelers want to feel welcome, not just accommodated. If you’re looking for marble lobbies and concierge services, this isn’t your spot. But if you want a place where you can actually relax, where the Wi-Fi works reliably, and where you feel like a guest rather than just another room number, then you’d be silly to overlook this one.

  Very close to the university I was visiting. Walk there and to supermarket or coffee or restaurant.
  Clean, spacious, shampoo, toilet paper provided, towels, linens provided.

  The host was brilliant, even let me in a bit early for my ar early arrival. Room was spacious and cosy, with kitchen and coffee and tea, everything you should need for your stay. As I was driving, not sure how convenient it for the city centre without the car.
