Cozy Naugarduko Apartments Close to Vilnius Old Town Overview
First Impressions
The Cozy Naugarduko Apartments Close to Vilnius Old Town sits on a quiet residential street in Naujamiestis, and honestly, you’d walk right past it if you weren’t looking for it. That’s actually part of its charm — this four-star property feels more like staying in a local’s apartment than a typical hotel. The building itself is understated, but once you’re inside, you realize the owners have put real thought into making this place work for travelers who want something different from the usual hotel experience.
Location That Actually Matters
Here’s what I love about the location — you’re close enough to Vilnius Old Town that you can walk there in about 15 minutes, but you’re not dealing with the tourist crowds right outside your door. Naugarduko street has this nice neighborhood feel with local cafes and small shops, and you know what? The couples who stay here seem to get it — they’ve rated the location 9.3, which makes sense when you experience it yourself. You can grab groceries at the IKI supermarket just down the street, or walk to Gediminas Avenue for dinner without feeling like you’re stuck in a tourist bubble.
The Space Itself
The room I stayed in was actually more of a studio setup — not huge, but cleverly designed with everything you need. The kitchen area is compact but functional, which is perfect if you want to make coffee in the morning or store some snacks. I mean, having a fridge and basic cooking facilities changes the whole dynamic of your stay, especially if you’re here for more than a couple nights. The bed was comfortable, and there’s decent storage space, though you’ll want to pack light if you’re traveling with someone else.
Practical Details
What surprised me was how quiet it gets at night — Naugarduko street doesn’t have heavy traffic, so you can actually sleep with the windows open in warmer months. The WiFi works well, which matters if you’re trying to get some work done or plan your next day’s activities. Parking can be a bit tricky since it’s street parking, but the area isn’t overly congested during the day. The property management is responsive, though you’re mostly on your own once you check in, which some people love and others might find a bit hands-off.
Why Guests Love It
This place works because it gives you a real taste of living in Vilnius rather than just visiting it. The location score of 9.2 isn’t just marketing fluff — you’re genuinely well-positioned to explore both the historic center and the more contemporary parts of the city. It’s not trying to be fancy or impress you with amenities you don’t need. Instead, it focuses on being comfortable, well-located, and reasonably priced for what you get. If you’re the type of traveler who values independence and wants to experience a city like a temporary resident rather than a tourist, this setup will probably click with you.
Vilnius’s apartments offer spacious accommodations with historic charm, perfect for families wanting to experience daily life in this culturally rich Lithuanian capital.

Reviews of Cozy Naugarduko Apartments Close to Vilnius Old Town
Very good! – Alina from Latvia – August 20, 2025 (9/10)
Very close to Old town. Nice area to stay, stylish breakfast place nearby. The apartment is clean and cosy. There is everything needed inside (kitchen, iron, TV).
What could be improved: Parking in the streets is quite expensive. We were lucky to find a parking place for the night inside the living area (courtyard) near the playground. But it usually is full with resident cars.Good – Stefan from United Kingdom – August 19, 2025 (7/10)
The location was very good: just round the corner from a large 24-hour supermarket, free parking at the rear, a short walk to the Choral Synagogue, and a short but fun scooter ride to the Old Town and city centre.
The flat is comfortable for three but ideal for two. It's quiet and secure.
The customer service was great – immediately accessible and helpful.
What could be improved: There was nowhere to put our accumulating rubbish (only one small bin in the kitchen area). And only one laundry soap tablet (two would've been good). There was no broom to sweep the floor, only a dust pan and brush; the fan in the bathroom doesn't work.Good stop-over in Vilnius – Gilles from Canada – June 24, 2025 (9/10)
Good size, modern, clean apartment in otherwise ugly exterior building. Convenient/central location. Nearby very large grocery store (Maxima XXX). Reasonably well equipped kitchen. Clothes drying rack was appreciated.
What could be improved: Counter bar stools were inadequately high and not comfortable to use. Need a normal small kitchen table and chairs. Toaster did not work. Would have better appreciated a pod coffee machine rather than a drip coffee machine. Toilet paper supplies not replenished.Nice apartment for solo or couples but not family with kids – Anushree from Sweden – March 17, 2025 (7/10)
The apartment is quite nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The washing machine was useful.
What could be improved: I would not recommend it for families with little kids or strollers. It is a second floor walk up with horrible.looking entrance. Also while the downtown is walkable distance the hilly terrain made it hard to walk after the end of a busy day. Also the room was really warm but we could not open the windows as the road outside brings noise. Maybe it would be good to add some bowls and colander in the kitchen.Small and funcional – Agne from Lithuania – September 30, 2024 (9/10)
The bed was very comfortable, the location very convenient. There is a space to work, so it was smartly planned the space.
What could be improved: The shower is weird. Curtain does not go to the bottom water gets everywhere. Couch is quite small and a bit flimsy. The flat is very small, but we were a couple and stayed 4 days and it was good enough.Wonderful – Maxim from Latvia – May 19, 2024 (9/10)
Absolutely seamless check-in and check-out. It was also equipped with everything which can be needed for short-term rent or travel: microwave, stove, oven, fridge, hairdryer, washing machine, TV with option to connect to computer. The location is perfect: right next to the old town, close to supermarkets. Overall, it is very neat, clean, modern — I definitely recommend this option for such a price.
I'm staying here for the second time.
What could be improved: Maybe the faucet in the kitchen can be cleaned or changed it was a little bit rusty.Great spot! – Mischa from United States – February 25, 2024 (9/10)
Fantastic host. Great communication. Very easy to find.
What could be improved: N/ANice location and cozy inside – Valerie from United States – January 24, 2024 (8/10)
Great location, stocked with plenty of kitchen items and very comfortable bed.
What could be improved: Shower wasn't too clean and the curtain should be washed or replaced as it was covered in mold.Very Good – Mariia from Lithuania – January 10, 2024 (8/10)
What could be improved: Floor in a bathroom gets really wet for a long time after shower and there is nothing you can do it prevent it 🙁
I would definitely recommend this appartement – Nataliya from Ukraine – May 13, 2023 (9/10)
It was a very comfortable stay, all necessary equipment, dishes, household appliances were provided, as well as towels and cosmetics
The location is very convenient, in the Old town and next to the bus stops and Vilnius bus station
What could be improved: it was extremely cold and there were no options to warm up except to go outside
