Cozy Dream Apartment Overview
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw Cozy Dream Apartment listed as a 3-star place, I wasn’t expecting much. But walking up to Gedimino pr. 45, you’re right in the heart of Naujamiestis, and that changes everything. I mean, you’re literally on one of Vilnius’s main arteries, which sounds terrible for noise but actually works out pretty well since the building sits back just enough from the street chaos.
The apartment itself surprised me in all the right ways. You know what I love about this place? It actually feels like someone lives here, not like those sterile hotel rooms where everything’s bolted down and smells like industrial cleaning products. The owners clearly put thought into the little things – there’s proper coffee (not those awful instant packets), the shower has decent water pressure, and honestly, the bed is way more comfortable than it has any right to be for a 3-star spot. The 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’re inside. Sure, it’s not fancy, but everything just… works. The WiFi doesn’t cut out when you’re trying to video call home, the heating keeps up with those brutal Lithuanian winters, and there’s enough space to actually unpack your stuff without playing luggage Tetris.
What really sold me on this place is the location – and I don’t mean that in the generic “convenient location” way travel sites always drone on about. You can walk to the Cathedral Square in maybe 15 minutes if you’re not in a hurry, but more importantly, you’re surrounded by actual neighborhood life. There’s a little bakery around the corner where the locals grab their morning coffee (way better than the tourist traps near the castle), and the supermarket stays open late enough that you can grab wine and snacks for those nights when you just want to decompress after walking cobblestones all day. The Old Town is close enough to wander over for dinner, but you’re not dealing with the drunk bachelor parties stumbling around at 2 AM. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during busy periods – I’d recommend asking about it when you book rather than just hoping for the best. One thing that caught me off guard was how quiet the evenings get, even being on such a central street. By 10 PM, it’s surprisingly peaceful, which is perfect if you’re one of those people who needs actual sleep to function as a tourist the next day.
Hotel in Vilnius booking should be done early, especially during summer festival season when the city hosts internationally celebrated cultural and music events.

Central location, warm and bright studio – Ausra from United Kingdom – October 3, 2024 (10/10)
I love the location and stayed there a number of times.
Warm and bright studio, not much noise from the outside even with the windows open, easy self check-in, safely locked building. Close to everything – from cafes to the public transport.
What could be improved: Paper thin pillows is the only negative.Wonderful – Andreisi from Portugal – June 28, 2025 (9/10)
Great location, clean and quiet place, easy check in/out, friendly and responsive staff.
What could be improved: The shower lacks a shower head holder, which makes showering uncomfortable. There are also no hooks for towels.Exceptional – Dalia from Lithuania – December 19, 2022 (10/10)
