  Хорошая квартира, местоположения просто замечательное. Хозяин отзывчив, очень сильно помогал. Обязательно, еще раз остановлюсь у него. Цена/качество очень достойное. Был посредственный интернет, но нам повезло, в наше присутствие подвели волокно, стало просто пушка-бомба)

  Удобное заселение, расположение рядом с центром где много кафе. В квартире есть все необходимое для остановки на 1-2 ночи, очень тепло. Советую захватить тапочки, квартира на первом этаже с плиточным полом.
  Сама квартира, видно что давно сдается и требует косметического ремонта, но для 1 ночи подходит, все в рабочем состоянии.
  Была небольшая проблема с ключем…немного заедает поворотный механизм, надо потратить пару минут на открывание и закрывание двери.
