  Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage in einem Vorstadtteil, sie ist mit verschiedenen Buslinien gut, aber von der Innenstadt aus in kaum weniger als 30 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es, von einer Tankstelle abgesehen, nicht. Supermärkte mit umfangreichen Angeboten liegen einige Busstationen entfernt. Zu beachten ist am Wohnhauseingang, dass das Tastaturfeld, notwendig für den Öffnungscode, teilweise zerkratzt und so zum Teil nicht lesbar ist – dem Vermieter ist das selbstverständlich nicht anzulasten.
