Cosy Apartments in Vilnius Center Overview

You know what struck me first about Cosy Apartments in Vilnius Center? The name actually delivers – these places genuinely feel like someone’s thoughtfully put-together home rather than sterile hotel rooms. I mean, when you’re walking down Polocko gatvė (and yes, you’ll butcher the pronunciation at first like everyone does), you almost miss the entrance because it blends so naturally into the old town streetscape. That’s honestly part of its charm though – you’re not staying at some flashy tourist trap, you’re tucked into the real fabric of Vilnius.

The location is what really sold me on this place. You’re literally steps from the cathedral square – I’m talking a genuine three-minute walk where you’ll pass maybe two or three little cafés that locals actually frequent. The morning coffee runs became this lovely ritual because there’s this tiny bakery on the corner that opens stupidly early and fills the whole street with the smell of fresh bread. What I didn’t expect was how quiet it gets at night, considering you’re smack in the center of everything. The old town has this way of settling down after the day-trippers head back to their buses, and suddenly you’ve got these medieval streets pretty much to yourself. The apartment walls are thick enough (old building perks) that street noise isn’t really an issue, though you might catch some weekend revelry if you keep the windows open – honestly, it’s more charming than annoying.

Inside, everything just works the way it should. The kitchenette situation is actually functional – not one of those joke setups where you can barely boil water. I ended up cooking a few meals because the little Maxima grocery store is literally around the corner, and there’s something satisfying about making breakfast while looking out at cobblestones and church spires. The WiFi holds up fine (worked from here a couple days without issues), and the shower pressure is surprisingly decent for an old building. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that overly complicated key-collection dance you sometimes get with apartment rentals. The host clearly knows what they’re doing.

Here’s the thing though – parking can be a bit of an adventure if you’re driving. The old town isn’t exactly car-friendly, but there are spots nearby if you don’t mind a short walk. I’d honestly recommend just using the excellent public transport or walking everywhere once you’re here. The whole old town is incredibly walkable, and you’ll stumble across random courtyards and tiny streets that aren’t on any tourist map. That 9.1 rating makes complete sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be luxurious, but it nails everything that actually matters when you’re exploring a city like Vilnius. You get the authentic neighborhood feel without sacrificing comfort, and honestly, that’s exactly what you want when you’re spending more than just a night or two somewhere.

Reviews of Cosy Apartments in Vilnius Center

  • Very Great 🥰 – Gabriella from Luxembourg – August 19, 2025 (10/10)

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room had everything I needed. all the amenities were available and easy to use. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was just perfect for two people. The place felt comfortable and convenient, which made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend it to others!

  • Great flat! – Christopher from Czech Republic – July 27, 2025 (10/10)

Very nice flat about a 25 minute to the centre. Everything was clean and good communication from the owner.

What could be improved: The shower curtain is a bit small and water got on the floor. The only minor thing.

  • A nice comfortable place to stay – Belen from Denmark – July 23, 2025 (8/10)

The aparment it's very cozy and with very nice views. It's comfortable and have all what you need. I only stayed for a night after a bad hotel, so it was really nice. The instructions to get in are well explained so it's really easy to get there. Location was nice, close to stores and easy to move around.

What could be improved: The cleaning was not the best. The toilet had a bad smell, like humidity inside and I found dust on most of the furniture. I realized that the focus was only in toilet and bed. It needs definitely more attention to details. It was not a big deal but it would be nice to consider this comment as a point to improve.

  • Wonderful – Brunovpereira from Brazil – June 7, 2025 (9/10)

The premises are very good. Next to the neighborhood of Užupis. But for old town or train/bus station you should take a bus which is quick.

  • Exceptional – Linas from United Kingdom – May 15, 2025 (10/10)

Very nice apartments in fantastic location

    What could be improved: N/A

  • Excellent – Graeme from Australia – December 17, 2024 (9/10)

Modern apartment within walking distance to Old Town and close to public transport. Pleasant stay and good value for money. Great view of the garden outside. Easy access into and out of the apartment.

What could be improved: All good. A little hot at night but perhaps opening the windows may have helped.

  • perfect – Yk from Japan – September 28, 2024 (10/10)

The room was very clean and relaxing. There are supermarkets and a food court within walking distance. The host answered my questions quickly and kindly. It was a comfortable stay. Thank you very much!

  • Comfortable&modern – Magtelt from Hungary – August 24, 2024 (9/10)

    1. Smooth and easy check-in, clear instructions from the host
    2. Good location, right between my favorite part of Vilnius and a large Rimi supermarket with a good food
    3. It is really quiet, no noise from tourists or neighbours at all
    4. Perfectly comfortable bed a right spinal support – a rare find
    5. Modern appliances, everything is in a good condition and in sufficient quantities.
    6. The house itself is brand-new, nice courtyard, everything looks posh:)
Tip: the light in the bathroom auto-switches off awfully quick but there is a separate light by the mirror which doesn't do that.

What could be improved: The bed linen was clean but had that weird smell like it was left wet in a washing machine for a while. I suppose it was an accident, in any case it should go away after the next normal wash.

  • Perfect – Tatyana from United States – August 14, 2024 (10/10)

What could be improved: The only thing that bothered me a bit is that the water in the shower cabin drains slowly. Maybe it needs some maintenance. Other then that I really enjoyed staying there. Comfortable check in. And it’s very important to me that there is an elevator! As I was traveling with heavy luggage.

  • Exceptional – Šalva from Lithuania – August 24, 2023 (10/10)

I want something like this as my apartment in future 😀 Great place for singles or couples.
