cohost I NEW Apartment w-balcony, Self check-in at the Renesanso Complex Overview

You know what caught me off guard about cohost I NEW Apartment w-balcony, Self check-in at the Renesanso Complex? The self check-in actually works perfectly – and I’m someone who usually panics when there’s no human to complain to if things go wrong. But honestly, after walking around Vilnius Old Town all day, it was kind of nice to just grab the keys and head straight up without small talk. The apartment sits right on Sodų gatvė, which might not sound familiar, but trust me, you’re literally in the heart of everything that matters in this city.

The balcony is what sold me, though I’ll admit it’s not huge – more like a proper European balcony where you can have your morning coffee and actually see what’s happening on the cobblestone streets below. The morning light hits it just right, and you get this perfect view of how the old town wakes up. Locals heading to work, early tourists already snapping photos of every doorway… it’s honestly entertaining. The apartment itself feels genuinely new – I mean, everything works, the shower has good pressure (miracle in old European buildings), and there’s this clean, minimalist thing going on that doesn’t feel sterile. The kitchen’s compact but functional, which matters if you’re planning to grab groceries from the markets nearby instead of eating out every meal.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, considering you’re basically in the center of UNESCO World Heritage territory. The Renesanso Complex seems well-built – I could barely hear neighbors, and the street noise dies down pretty early. Walking to places like the Gate of Dawn or Gediminas Tower takes maybe ten minutes tops, but here’s the thing locals know: you can cut through some of the smaller side streets and discover these tiny courtyards and cafés that most tourists completely miss. The area around Sodų street has this authentic feel where you’ll see actual Vilnius residents going about their lives, not just souvenir shops and tour groups. Parking can be tricky if you’re driving – well, it’s the old town, so that’s expected – but there are options nearby if you know where to look. I’d definitely stay here again, especially for the price point and that whole seamless check-in experience that somehow didn’t stress me out for once.

  • If I have the opportunity to visit Vilnius again, I will definitely stay in this place! – Małgorzata from Poland – June 19, 2025 (10/10)

I liked everything about the apartment, it definitely exceeded my expectations. Also, I liked the architecture of the buildings where the apartment was located. Beautifully integrated into the existing, old part of the city.

What could be improved: There was no such thing.

  • Amazing stay in October 2023 – Darya from Belarus – October 29, 2023 (10/10)

That was absolutely perfect stay! There is everything you need for short or even long stay. Small, but enough space for two people. Clean, warm, new. Enjoyed our stay a lot 🤗

    What could be improved: –

  • Very Good – Carina from Brazil – September 8, 2024 (8/10)

Great location, simple to check in and out, really clean

What could be improved: Sofa bed a bit uncomfortable and miss a microwave.

  • Comfortable stay near the city center – Luca from Italy – May 11, 2025 (8/10)

Located near the center, very quiet. Comfortable and easy access.

What could be improved: Apartment was not thoroughly clean in general, dishes were dirty.

  • I would stay in the property again in thd future if they improve services. – Voldemaras from Lithuania – September 27, 2023 (6/10)

    Location, clean and comfortable.

What could be improved: No service at all. We did not expect to be serviced while in the apartment but to get into it was like a nightmare.
Instructions received via e-last hour before self-check-in were wrong, and confusing, applicable for a different property in another city of the country.

The TV in the apartment did not work, called to “host’s” tel. No., was guided to tech. service, nobody cared not only to fix it but even to return our calls. It is a shame to have such lousy service for, otherwise, a nice property in a good location.

  • Co-host Renesanso Complex – Jason from Lithuania – November 4, 2023 (5/10)

    The mattress was comfortable.

Having a WM and Dryer was convinient.

    Nice view inside the complex.
The complex was secured with too many codes.

Self check in was very convenient.

Floor heating was brilliant kept the apartment in a cosey condition.

What could be improved: The smell as soon as you open the door (couldn't figure out what it was.)

Smell from the vacuum cleaner when we tried to vacuum.

No TV for my child to watch.
Shower leaks, because Curtin, not glass door as advertised.

  • Fair – Domenico from United Kingdom – September 13, 2023 (5/10)

    Nothing special

What could be improved: The shower does not have a correct closing system to protect the slope of the water
The bathroom floor was all wet, so we had to dry it
    Not enough bathroom towels
And during the checkout we asked to leave our luggage (1h extra) and they told us that the cleaner would come early before of our checkout
Not knowing who was worried, we rented storage nearby (extra money) and contacted them again to inform them of everything
Another operator replied, saying no problem!
the cleaner will come 1 hour after check out
    ???Unprofessional!!!
changes words, ideas, confused and unprofessional communication
    Not safe reception at all

  • Pleasant – Mikhail from Lithuania – September 16, 2023 (6/10)

Very good location. It was quiet place and neighbors

What could be improved: it was dusty and dirty in places. cleaning is poor.

  • Pretty clean, very convenient, worth the money, – Anonymous from United Kingdom – July 19, 2025 (7/10)

The location the price the beds were comfy you provided clean towels and kitchen utensils

What could be improved: Found some type of scab and hair down the side of the bed, the curtains are wayyy to light and let all of the light in and wake you up early if you want a sleep in anywhere past 7, the shower was the most inconvenient as it ran down the glass onto the wood and then ran out of the shower and tried to flood the bathroom if you didn’t angle the shower properly

  • Alloggio comodo e moderno – Leonardo from Italy – April 27, 2025 (9/10)

Gli arredi moderni e funzionali. Il letto matrimoniale molto comodo, gli accessori, la Silenziosita' e la posizione molto comodo a 2 passi dalla stazione e vicino al centro storico.

What could be improved: La tenda su un lato della. Doccia.
