Naujamiestis district sounds fancy, but it’s actually this perfectly livable neighborhood where you get the best of both worlds – close enough to walk into Old Town (maybe 15-20 minutes if you’re not rushing), but far enough out that you’re not dealing with the tourist crowds and restaurant touts every time you step outside. There’s this great little market just down the street where locals actually shop, and I mean, the coffee shops around there serve proper Lithuanian coffee, not the watered-down stuff you get near the cathedral. The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room – you’ll find real dishes in the kitchen, decent WiFi that doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and windows that actually open properly for fresh air.

What surprised me most was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re still technically in the city center. The building sits back from the main street just enough that you’re not hearing every tram and late-night reveler, but close enough that grabbing dinner or drinks is never a production. The 9.7 rating isn’t just inflated review-bombing either – the place genuinely works well for travelers who want to feel settled rather than just passing through. I actually ended up extending my stay an extra two nights because, well, why deal with the hassle of moving when you’ve found something that just works? The only minor thing I’d mention is that the elevator can be a bit temperamental (typical for older European buildings), but honestly, that’s part of the charm. Plus, when you’re saving money on parking and getting actual value for what you pay, a little character in the building doesn’t hurt anyone.

  Enne saabumist laekus meile väga põhjalik juhend korterisse pääsemise ja parkimise kohta. Lisaks sellele sisaldas juhend palju soovitusi huviväärsuste, baaride, restoranide ja kohvikute kohta.
  Korter oli avar, mugav ja hea vaatega linnale.
  Voodi ja diivanvoodi olid parajalt suured ja mugavad.
  Vannituba oli suur – veesurve oli väga hea!
  Naabrid ei olnud kuulda ja välimüra ei kostnud sisse – hea uni oli garanteeritud.
  See on tõenäoliselt üks parimaid kortereid Vilniuses, mille hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe on hästi paigas.
