The apartment itself really does live up to that “brand new” promise – everything feels crisp and thoughtfully designed without being cold or impersonal. What struck me most was how they managed to blend modern comfort with the character of the Old Town setting. The windows are properly soundproofed too, which honestly surprised me given how lively Šv. Stepono can get during summer evenings when locals are out bar-hopping. I stayed there during a weekend in July and barely heard the street noise, even with my room facing the main road. The kitchen is actually functional – not one of those hotel kitchenettes where you can barely boil water – and they stock it with decent coffee, which any morning person will appreciate.

Here’s what really sets this place apart though: the location puts you within a five-minute walk of Cathedral Square, but you’re just far enough from the main tourist drag that you feel like you’re experiencing real Vilnius life. There’s a fantastic little bakery around the corner that most visitors never find, and honestly, some of the best traditional Lithuanian breakfast pastries I’ve had. The 4-star rating feels right – it’s polished and comfortable without trying too hard to be fancy. That 9.1 guest rating makes total sense when you consider you’re getting apartment-style space and privacy in one of the most atmospheric neighborhoods in the Baltics. The check-in process was surprisingly smooth too – none of that awkward key-pickup drama you sometimes get with apartment rentals. If you’re planning to explore Vilnius properly and want a base that feels both convenient and authentic, this place delivers on both fronts without the premium pricing of the big luxury hotels closer to the cathedral.

  It is a super fancy, totally new apartment in a closed community featuring a stylish modern design. I felt in love with it 🙂 I loved the kitchen and the storage system. Absolutely clean. Everything needed was there, e.g., iron, drying rack, salt, tea, toilet paper, etc. Next door to Solo Community where our son stays – beats everything else 🙂 Great location, regardless: about 10 minutes walk to the Old Town and other attractions. The staff is very helpful and replies in a timely matter.
  
  What could be improved: The only real downside is that we've spent just two night there 🙂 There are a couple of tiny things though to know. First floor – a balcony directly at the street level. No wardrobes in the bedrooms, just a clothes rack. It might be an inconvience for a long stay. For us it was totally fine. Check in was a bit unclear. Turns out they haven't got my passport registration and thus haven't sent the instructions how to enter the site. I didn't know it until we got there. It was resolved quickly but I'd suggest to send an email if it happens.

  Great apartment, super clean and cosy. Location is fantastic within walking distance to basically everything. Hosts were were nice, caring and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay. Would definetely stay again if back in Vilnius.

  The apartment was clean, modern, and looked exactly like the photos. The location was good and check-in instructions were clear.
  
  What could be improved: I received too many payment-related messages after booking, which felt unnecessary. Also, a €100 deposit was blocked on my card, which wasn’t clearly mentioned in advance.
  When I arrived at 2 a.m., there was no water or any drink in the fridge — a small welcome touch would’ve made a big difference.
  There was no coffee machine or capsule system, which is expected in an apartment of this level.
