Couples absolutely love this area — and I can see why, especially if you want to feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it.

Everything you need is there without feeling cramped — the room flows well from sleeping area to the compact kitchenette (which, by the way, is actually functional, not just for show). What I really appreciated was the attention to detail — good lighting, enough storage space, and a layout that makes sense.   L'appartamento è così come si vede nelle fotografie: piccolino ma molto accogliente, moderno e con tutti i servizi necessari. Il self check-in è stato facile e veloce. La posizione ottima consente di raggiungere il centro della città e gli autobus.
  
  What could be improved: Appena arrivata l'impressione non è stata al massimo perché il palazzo sembra quasi in uno stato di abbandono, ma il corridoio dove è situato l'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato. Le altre due pecche sono la mancanza dell'ascensore e il divano-letto un po' duro, cosa che si potrebbe facilmente risolvere con un materassino topper.

  El estudio es nuevo y estaba limpio pero hasta ahi lo unico positivo.
  
  What could be improved: Intentamos cancelar nada mas llegar pero no fue posible. Se anuncia como parking pero es un charcho detras del edificio y si tienes suerte tienes parking, si no, pues no. Estaba lleno cuando yo llegue,Se lo dije y me dijo que pague en la calle o que me vaya al marriot si quiero parking. Luego lo mas importante:El EDIFICIO TODA LA PLANTA BAJA + la de encima nuestra, esta en obra. Vives en una obra, tiembla todo y es muy ruidoso. mandare videos a booking a ver a quien le gustaria ir de visita a un pais para vivir en una maldita obra. Incluso con la ventana cerrada se escuchaba pero como vas a cerrar la ventana en un estudio de 10 metros en Julio SIN AIRE ACONDICIONADO? Te ibas al baño y saliamos sudados. Tiene un ventilador pequeño que no hace nada, eso se convierte en una sauna. Tengo ganas de leer los reviews de Agosto. 10 m con ventanales a la calle sin aire acondicionado ni un ventilador decente. ES una sauna, el sofa es bajo. Y lo peor:El anfitrion que es un borde sinverguenza. Le dije que yo lo reserve porque tenia parking sobre todo y me dijo "Pues vete al marriot, si no te gusta vete pero no te devuelvo nada". Le pedi factura y no me pudo dar tampoco porque seguramente no pagara impuestos. Planta 4 sin ascensor! Vino su hijo o no se quien a coger la tasa municipal por la que TAMPOCO entrego ningun comprobante nada mas que su peste a sudor que estuvimos con la puerta abierta y la ventana despues de que se fuera. llevo viajando a tiempo completo desde 2019, pero listillos como este no suelen haber en tantos sitios. Si quereis morir de calor, escuchar una obra de fondo todo el dia en una ratonera bien decorada y con un internet malo, este es tu sitio. Si no, id al Marriot:). ojala pudiera adjuntar videos para que oiga que bonito era vivir ahi, temblando a golpe de martillo.

  What could be improved: Sofa hatte bei der Ankunft beim öffnen einen ziemlich grossen Flecken auf der rechten Seite.
  Nicht wirklich hygienisch!
  Parkplatz war wegen Regen voll Wasser.

  The place was really nice and in a great location! You can easily reach all the main attractions on foot within minutes. The room was functional and super clean, with all the necessary facilities included. The sofa-bed was very comfortable. Self-check in/out was also easy. The owner was helpful and solved all the minor issues quickly and easily. I would gladly come back again!
  
  P.s. it's best to contact the owner in Russian or English.
  
  What could be improved: The owner's communication could be improved. At first, due to the lack of response, it almost started to seem like a scam (though it definitely isn’t). However, overall everything was great. I would highly recommend the place.

  View was super good and room was clean and comfortable. Owner brought us a fan since it was so hot, that was the best! Very comfortable sofabed, easy to fold. Overall loved our stay!
