  The location of the apartment is excellent, situated on Constitution Avenue. You can easily walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby, a few restaurants, and a supermarket. In this regard, everything is convenient. The building and the apartment itself are modern. It is interestingly decorated in a James Bond style, with photos from the films everywhere, giving it an overall intriguing look.

В зимний период в квартире достаточно комфортно, теплый пол, автоматическая система отопления. Есть все необходимое на кухне и ванной комнате. Торговый центр с супермаркетом в пяти минутах ходьбы. До старого города и центрального проспекта Гедиминаса 20-25 минут пешком.
