I’ll be honest – when I first saw Brand new apartment in Vilnius center listed on Videniškių street, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The Šnipiškės district isn’t exactly where most tourists end up, but you know what? That turned out to be exactly why this place works so well.

The apartment sits in this quietly cool part of town that’s actually become pretty trendy with locals over the past few years. You’re literally a ten-minute walk from the Old Town (I timed it), but without all the tourist chaos right outside your window. The building itself is modern – and I mean properly modern, not just renovated – so everything actually functions the way it should. The elevator works, the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and honestly, after staying in some of those “charming” Old Town places with paper-thin walls, the soundproofing here was a blessing. I could barely hear my neighbors, which in Vilnius apartments is basically a miracle.

What really got me was how thoughtfully everything was set up inside. The owner clearly put actual effort into making this feel like a home rather than just another rental unit. The kitchen has proper knives (travelers know what I’m talking about), there’s decent coffee gear, and the shower pressure – well, let’s just say I took longer showers than necessary. The windows face toward the city center, so you get these nice views without feeling like you’re living in a fishbowl. Parking was surprisingly easy too, which anyone who’s driven in Vilnius will appreciate. The Šnipiškės area has way more street parking than the center, plus there are a few paid lots nearby if you want guaranteed security.

The location thing is interesting because you’re sort of between worlds here. Walk one direction and you hit the business district with all these glass towers and decent restaurants that locals actually use. Walk the other way and you’re crossing the river into the UNESCO stuff – cathedral, castle hill, all that history. I actually preferred this setup to staying right in the thick of things because you can escape the crowds but still reach everything easily. There’s a solid grocery store about three blocks away, and if you’re into the local coffee scene, there are a couple of specialty places within walking distance that most tourists never find. The area gets pretty quiet in the evenings, which was perfect for me, but if you’re looking for nightlife right outside your door, you’ll want to venture toward Užupis or the Old Town proper. That said, with a 9.5 rating, this place is clearly doing something right – and after spending four nights there, I can see why people keep coming back.

Early hotels booking in Vilnius requires advance planning during peak cultural seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s magnificent baroque architecture and vibrant arts scene.

  Само местоположение отличное, в округе есть Рими, Лидл, Максима как продуктовые, недалеко Акрополь и Панорама. Сама квартира очень чистая, хозяин очень приятный. В квартире есть все для жизни включая полотенца, одеяла и подушки, бакалея(чаи, кофе, специи) и подходит идеально для отдыха

  Mieszkanie komfortowo wyposażone, dostępne wszystkie udogodnienia i łatwy dostęp do podziemnego garażu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Lokalizacja blisko ścisłego centrum, niedaleko tereny rekreacyjne nad rzeką. W pobliżu sklepy i restauracje oraz możliwość wypożyczenia elektrycznej hulajnogi co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie miasta.
