What I really appreciated was being so close to the business district without feeling like you’re stuck in a concrete jungle. There’s this little café called Coffee1 just around the corner that locals actually go to (not just tourists), and honestly, their pastries are better than half the places in the Old Town charging twice as much.

The apartment itself? Well, the 9.9 rating isn’t just inflated numbers – everything feels thoughtfully designed rather than just thrown together. The kitchen actually has proper counter space (you’d be amazed how many places skip this), and the bed is comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I wrestled with a brick wall all night. The Wi-Fi is solid too, which matters if you’re trying to work remotely or just want to video call home without constant freezing. I mean, it’s definitely modern in that minimalist Scandinavian-influenced way that’s everywhere these days, but it works. The bathroom has one of those rainfall showerheads that actually has decent pressure – small thing, but it makes a difference after walking around cobblestone streets all day. Only minor thing I’d mention is that the walls are a bit thin, so if your neighbors are having a party, you’ll know about it, but that seemed pretty rare during my stay. For a 3-star place, this honestly feels like it’s punching above its weight, and in a city where accommodation can be hit or miss, finding something this reliable and well-maintained in Naujamiestis is actually kind of a win.

  – the apartment in general – it is cozy, very (very very) clean, warm, brand new, with everything you need for a great experience in Vilnius;
  – the bed, yes, it is something special – it gives you that "sleeping in the clouds" experience;
  – great shower – no problem with hot/cold water from shower and no problem for the water to run away.

Its location, a stone's throw from all key amenities, was a standout feature, making it perfect for a hassle-free stay.   What could be improved: Regrettably, the property is situated directly opposite a construction site, with work commencing at 7 am and continuing until 7 pm. While this is beyond the control of the property owner, it's worth noting for light sleepers or those planning to stay indoors during the day.
  
  The biggest downside, however, was the temperature control or the lack thereof. The apartment lacked air conditioning or even a fan, which was problematic as the property was exposed to sunlight from 9 am to 9 pm, making the rooms unbearably hot throughout the day.
  
  Despite making several requests, the owner failed to provide a fan, insisting it wasn't necessary, which was a stark contrast to the uncomfortable reality. This lack of responsiveness to guest needs was disappointing. We eventually resorted to purchasing a fan ourselves to make the stay bearable.
  
  While the accommodation is clean, modern, and conveniently located, the absence of appropriate cooling amenities and the presence of a nearby construction site can impact comfort. Prospective guests should weigh these factors against the positives before making a decision.

  Communication with the owner was fast, big supermarket is across the street, there is a park nearby.
  
  What could be improved: There is a big construction just across the street, windows and the balcony is on the construction that is very close, I believe we should have been notified that there is a construction as a courtesy. It stops around 7pm and starts in the morning. There is no salt, pepper, water of coffee. It is not crucial but would be nice to have.
