I honestly wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place, but this little gem on Trakų street completely changed my mind about apartment stays in the Old Town. The location is actually ridiculous – I mean that in the best way possible. You’re literally a two-minute walk from Cathedral Square, but somehow you’re tucked away enough that you don’t get the rowdy late-night crowds that plague some of the other streets closer to the main action.

The apartments themselves feel more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel room. Mine had this great little kitchenette where I actually made coffee every morning instead of hunting down overpriced café au laits (though honestly, Vilnius coffee is pretty solid everywhere). The furnishing is modern but not sterile – sort of that Scandinavian-meets-Baltic vibe that works really well in these old buildings. What I loved most was how quiet it gets at night. Trakų street isn’t a main thoroughfare, so you’re not dealing with delivery trucks at 6 AM like you would on Pilies or Didžioji. The Wi-Fi was fast enough that I could actually work from the apartment, which saved me from camping out in cafés all day. One small thing – the shower pressure varies a bit depending on the time of day, but honestly, after walking around those cobblestones for hours, even a gentle shower felt amazing.

Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, no hovering desk clerk trying to upsell you on breakfast packages or city tours you don’t need. The staff actually knows the neighborhood – when I asked about where to grab groceries, they didn’t just point toward the tourist area but told me about this little IKI market that’s way more reasonable than the shops near the cathedral. I stayed there in late September when the crowds were thinning out but the weather was still decent for wandering around. The whole Old Town gets this golden afternoon light that’s perfect for photos, and from BONUM you can easily hit all the main spots – Uzupis, the riverside walks, even the quirky little galleries tucked into the medieval streets. Parking was actually manageable too, which anyone who’s driven in European old towns will appreciate. There’s a small lot nearby, nothing fancy but it beats circling the narrow streets looking for a spot. If you’re the type who likes having your own space but wants to be right in the heart of things, this place hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  The property was at a good spec. Clean and very tidy and came with all the comforts of home. And the location is in the old town. Which is good if you are wanting to visit the sites and bars. Me and my partner had a great stay. So i would definitely recommend staying here.
  
  What could be improved: It would've been nice to have the TV directly opposite from the sofa. And the glass bathroom door restricted privacy.

  Location is superb. That's what l was looking for. In a city centre. Bus stop very close. Bus station and Rail station possible reach on foot. Apartment very clean, cosy. Has all necessary appliances Very good for solo traveler or couple. Would defenetly recommend. If l travel to Vilnius, I would choose it again. Great place to stay.

  Perfect location, secure, very clean and tidy, there is everything in the studio you need for your stay (except hair-dryer, take your own), owners were generous to leave a welcome gift as well – very lovely touch.
  
  What could be improved: As I landed in Vilnius very late and once arrived yo the studio I was in a hurry to get ready to sleep, I did not notice the corner of plates around the “fireplace” and hit my toe so bad that it opened up and left deep wound. So you can imagine my frustration… could not dance the next day at the party as the big toe was bleeding 😅🤪 I highly suggest to somehow cover that uplifted corner… otherwise others might hurt themselves too.
  Also – as I arrived at the studio late at night, I could not reach a person for the wifi name and password. Why not to write it on the information sheet??? I had to wait until the morning and ask for it… this also upset me a bit.. so yeah, the arrival evening was not pleasant.
  Also dark towels left bubbles on my body so… I had to shower again to wash it off… that was weird..

  Easy access to halal food. Got one Pakistani restaurant very near. Just next door.
  
  What could be improved: It was sofa bed. When i open to assemble the bed, a kind of odour came out from the compartment. Can’t sleep coz the odour make the whole room pungent with string male body odour
