The space feels solid – I mean, obviously, given what it used to be – and there’s something oddly reassuring about those thick concrete walls. It stays cool naturally, which is great if you’re visiting during warmer months. The owners have clearly put thought into the details too. Good water pressure in the shower (always important), decent WiFi, and the bed was actually comfortable. Sometimes these unique places sacrifice comfort for novelty, but that’s not the case here.

The location aspect is interesting because you’re sort of tucked away from the typical tourist hustle, which I appreciated. It gives you a chance to experience a more authentic side of the area. Walking up from the entrance, you get a real feel for the neighborhood – actual locals going about their day, not just other travelers with cameras. Check-in was straightforward, though I’d recommend confirming the exact entrance beforehand since it’s not immediately obvious from street level.

I’ll admit, this isn’t for everyone. If you’re claustrophobic or need lots of natural light streaming in, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you’re someone who appreciates unique experiences and doesn’t mind trading a traditional hotel lobby for something with genuine character, this place delivers.   This was the perfect place for us. It’s super sound proof, has an excellent location and the sauna and hot tub were so nice!

  What an experience!! From the minute we stepped into the Bomb Shelter apartment we knew we'd never get to relive this experience again!! The host Vytautas was very helpful to recommend the top places to eat, drink, and sightsee nearby!! The sauna and Jacuzzi at the apartment were an absolute bonus! The apartment was located in the prime location of Vilnius Old Town within minutes of walking / electric scooting from the city centre and all facilities! This apartment is perfect for the once in a lifetime experience with your friends or family! Would highly recommend staying here!!

  This was really nice appartment few minutes walk from city center. The appartment was clean and had all equipment for great time. It was interesting experience to stay for a night in bunker with no daylight. It had amazing jacuzzi and sauna space, comfortable beds, fully equipted kitchen, TV's, Wi-fi.
