Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw Bitenu Studio tucked away on Bitėnų street, I almost walked past it. It’s this unassuming little place in what feels like a proper residential neighborhood, not some touristy strip, and that’s actually exactly what makes it special. You know how sometimes the best finds are the ones that don’t scream for attention? This is one of those.

The studio itself is small but incredibly well thought out – I mean, whoever designed this space really gets what travelers actually need. Everything has its place without feeling cramped, and there’s this lovely sense of calm the moment you step inside. The light is gorgeous, especially in the mornings when it streams through the windows and hits the clean, minimalist furnishings just right. What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night. You’re still in Vilnius proper, but this little pocket of Bitėnų feels almost village-like after dark. I could hear birds in the morning instead of traffic, which honestly wasn’t what I expected from a city stay.

Here’s the thing about the location – you’re not going to stumble onto the main tourist drag by accident, but that’s kind of the point. It’s maybe a 15-minute walk to get into the thick of Old Town (less if you’re a fast walker), but you get to see actual Vilnius neighborhoods along the way. There’s a little grocery store around the corner that locals use, and I found myself grabbing morning coffee from this café that clearly wasn’t trying to cater to tourists – the barista barely spoke English but made an incredible cappuccino. The whole area feels lived-in, you know? Real people doing real things, not just serving visitors. Parking was surprisingly easy when I had friends visit with a car – apparently that’s not a given everywhere in the city. The 9.7 rating makes total sense once you’re there; it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything works perfectly and you can tell someone really cares about the details. If you want to experience Vilnius like you’re temporarily living there rather than just passing through, this is your spot.

  The apartment was easy to access and check-in was smooth. There's a supermarket nearby. It matches the description and photos. It's not very big but it was very comfortable for me and my kids. They loved the place as well. Everything was clean and all appliances we might need were available. Communication with the host was great!

  Very clean , warm and cosy apartment , perfect location and has everything for a comfortable stay . Bus stop , sushi bar and supermarket nearby. Smooth check in and good check out time (12pm). Stayed for a week as 1 adult with 15 y. old & 11y . old , all very happy
