Art Boutique I Old Town Apartments w-AC I cohost Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Art Boutique I Old Town Apartments w-AC I cohost, you immediately get that “I’m staying somewhere special” feeling. The building sits right on Sodų street in the absolute heart of Vilnius Old Town — and I mean the real heart, not some tourist-brochure version of it. You’re literally surrounded by cobblestone streets and medieval architecture that feels almost too perfect to be real. The entrance has this understated elegance that whispers rather than shouts, which honestly sets the tone for the entire experience.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s what I love about this spot — you can walk to pretty much everything worth seeing in Old Town within five minutes. The Cathedral Square, Gediminas Tower, those charming little cafes tucked into ancient courtyards — they’re all right there. But you know what really impressed me? Despite being in such a central location, it doesn’t feel touristy or overwhelming. The street has this authentic residential vibe where you’ll see locals heading to work in the morning. Plus, there’s actually free private parking on site, which is practically unheard of in this part of the city (trust me, you’ll appreciate this if you’re driving).
The Apartment Experience
These aren’t your typical hotel rooms — they’re proper apartments with that boutique four-star attention to detail. The air conditioning works beautifully, which might not sound exciting until you’re here during a warm Lithuanian summer. Each space has been thoughtfully designed with local art pieces that actually complement the historic setting rather than competing with it. The kitchenettes are well-equipped if you want to grab some fresh bread from the morning market and have breakfast at home, though honestly, with all the great cafes nearby, I found myself eating out most of the time.
What Makes It Special
The cohost arrangement really works well here — you get that personal touch without feeling like someone’s hovering over you. They’re incredibly responsive when you need something but completely invisible when you don’t. The building itself strikes this perfect balance between historic charm and modern comfort. You’ll have thick stone walls that keep things quiet (important when you’re this central), but also all the contemporary amenities you actually need. I mean, you’re staying in a centuries-old neighborhood but with reliable wifi and proper heating — it’s the best of both worlds.
Why Guests Love It
Couples absolutely rave about this place, and after staying here, I totally get why they rate the location so highly for romantic trips. There’s something magical about stepping out your door and being immediately immersed in one of Europe’s most beautiful medieval old towns. The combination of privacy, authentic atmosphere, and that unbeatable location creates this perfect little retreat. You’re close enough to everything that you never need to plan your day around transportation, but tucked away enough that you feel like you’ve discovered your own secret corner of Vilnius.

Reviews of Art Boutique I Old Town Apartments w-AC I cohost
Exceptional – Jasson from South Africa – August 12, 2025 (10/10)
We loved the convenient location. Close to the station for buses and trains. Walking distance to the night life locations of Old Town. Quiet and peaceful in the property. Exactly as featured in photos. All the necessary utilities for self-catering were there and in good working order. Instructions were very clear in words and photos.
What could be improved: A toaster would be a nice addition.Very Good – Kate from United Kingdom – July 31, 2025 (8/10)
Great location a couple of minutes from the train and bus stations and 10 to the old town, but through an interesting neighbourhood. Clean and new. Small bathroom but good shower. Washing machine was great to have. Not a huge amount of kitchen equipment but manageable. Quiet overnight.
What could be improved: Very small sink area. Too light on a night for me.Excellent stay and would return in a heartbeat. – Agne from United Kingdom – July 25, 2025 (10/10)
Really nicely decorated and equipped with all the basics you may need. Has air con which was great. Easy check-in and check-out, no issues at all. Close to everything we were there for.
What could be improved: Liked it all – one downside was getting ready and second person running out of hot water and having to wait slightly after the first person showering, but this is minor.Very nice and comfortable stay. Very nice that they have a parking space as we traveled by car. – Dijana from United Kingdom – July 21, 2025 (10/10)
Very nicely done, bed very comfortable. Apartment has everything what you need for short stay.

Lovely modern, clean room close to the train station and within reasonable walking distance to old town. Didn't see any staff, just lock box but instructions which were easy and clear.
What could be improved: Nothing really, all goodWonderful stay – Evelina from Lithuania – July 4, 2025 (10/10)
I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Large and very comfortable bed, all necessities provided, coffee maker with some good coffee, tasteful and quality decor. Perfect location, very quiet (windows facing the inner yard) close to shops and restaurants, bus station and public transport, and basically in the old town. Couldn’t fault anything and would stay again. A big thank you to the hosts.
What could be improved: NothingWonderful – Katsiaryna from Belarus – May 30, 2025 (9/10)
Very good looking apartment, has everything you might need, including kitchenware and washing machine. Plenty of storage space, comfy bed, thoughtful lighting. The bathroom is on the smaller side but still pretty convenient.
Location is very good, just a couple minutes from main train station or bus station. And city center is also quite close, ~15-20 minutes walk. A lot of cafes in the neighborhood.
The communication with staff was pleasant, we were given great detailed self check-in instructions, and didn't have any issues in the process.
What could be improved: Not a big issue, but I was really missing some sort of shelf for toiletteries in the shower.very comfortable new accommodations – Bruna from France – May 23, 2025 (10/10)
The apartment is very comfortable, communication with the owner is great, I have nothing negative to say. I recommend it without thinking, everything is very new, clean and of a high standard.
