The kitchenette setup is more functional than I expected, though I’d probably stick to simple meals since the equipment is pretty basic.

But honestly, the real winner here is that roof terrace they mention. I wasn’t expecting much – maybe a few plastic chairs and a view of air conditioning units – but it’s actually a proper little oasis up there. You can see across the city’s mix of medieval spires and Soviet-era blocks, which sounds weird but somehow works perfectly for Vilnius. I spent most evenings up there with a beer from the little shop downstairs, watching the light change over the red tile roofs. The terrace gets busy around sunset (word’s gotten out, I guess), but earlier in the day it’s usually empty if you want to just chill with a book. The 9-rating makes sense once you factor in the price point – this isn’t luxury, but it’s exactly what it says it is, done really well. The check-in was smooth, the WiFi actually worked consistently, and the place was properly clean without that overwhelming chemical smell some budget places have. There are a few quirks – the shower pressure varies depending on time of day, and the walls aren’t exactly soundproof – but nothing that ruined the experience. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels more like borrowing a friend’s apartment than staying in a hotel, and you want that parking security plus a genuinely nice spot to unwind after walking around the city all day, this place hits the mark. Just don’t expect room service or a concierge – you’re pretty much on your own here, which I actually preferred.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was excellent! The instructions from Vingaile before our arrival was brilliant! The use of the underground car park was excellent! The apartment itself was warm during the cold days, and the use of the air conditioning during our last day on a very hot day was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and big. But if you are over 183cms tall, it might be a bit of a squeeze because the bed is located between two walls. The large TV was excellent with plenty of channels. The use of a microwave and a washing machine was great. The bathroom was large and had a walk-in shower. The use of a balcony was convenient to my needs. The use of an elevator was brilliant. The sofa was very comfortable watching TV. We will definitely come back here if Vingaile will have us back. 👍☺️

  New built house, apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. Great location, apartment surrounded by grocery stores, cafes, and restaurant. Free underground parking which is very convenient for car owners!

  New buliding with nice tarace on the roof, we had car so there was also parking in garage, very close big shops and petrol station, good contact with owner, kitchen with all Staff you need.

  A clean apartment in a new building, there was everything we needed and then some – there was air conditioning! Our trip happened to coincide with a heatwave, without the AC out would have been miserable, but instead it was a life-saver. It was great.
