  A very cozy studio, clean, and neat. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is in there. The apartment is nicely furnished and has a lovely balcony. And it looks better than in the photos.
  
  The location is also great: beautiful parks nearby, a small shop 3 minutes away, a big shopping center Ozas 10 minutes away, and close to bus stops to get to the city center within 15 minutes.
  
  The owners are thoughtful and caring. Everything is well-organized. So, I highly recommend it!

  Nice and clean small apartment. Everything was thought about to provide a comfortable stay. Even some food like pasta you could cook if starving was there.
  There's also a small shop in the next building if you lack something.
  The building is new, the entrance with code lock.

  A clean, relatively spacious, and well equipped one room flat in the newly built residential apartment area with good connections to transport. You get pretty much what you see on the photographs: excellent kitchen with a monthlong supply of coffee and tea, transformable sofa, and ventilated bathroom. There is a big mall just a half mile down the road.

  It has everything you need. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Easy check in. Very clean!
  It is not close to the city center, so take it in mind.
  For us it was perfect because we're looking for an accommodation in the region.
