When I first walked in, I was expecting something pretty basic, but the attention to detail here actually surprised me. The lobby has this warm, residential feel that immediately tells you this isn’t your typical cookie-cutter hotel setup.

What really sets Ameda apart is how they’ve nailed the apartment-style experience without sacrificing any of the hotel perks you actually want. Each unit feels like someone’s carefully curated home rather than a sterile rental – I mean, there are proper kitchenettes with everything you’d actually need (not just a sad mini-fridge and a coffee maker), and the living spaces have enough room to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. The Wi-Fi is legitimately fast too, which honestly matters more than most places want to admit. I noticed they keep the common areas spotless without that overly sanitized hotel smell, and the staff genuinely seems to know guests by name after a day or two, which creates this oddly homey atmosphere.

The 9.3 rating makes total sense once you spend time here – it’s not about flashy amenities or marble everything, but rather all these small things that just work properly. The water pressure is excellent (you’d be amazed how rare this is), the beds are actually comfortable for sleeping rather than just looking neat, and the soundproofing is solid enough that you’re not hearing your neighbors’ entire phone conversations. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, and they were flexible about early arrival without making it feel like I was asking for the world. I’ll be honest, the exterior doesn’t look like much from the street, but that almost works in its favor – it feels like a local secret rather than a tourist trap. If you’re the type of traveler who values substance over Instagram-worthy lobbies, and you want somewhere that feels more like staying in a friend’s guest room than a corporate hotel box, Ameda really delivers on that promise.

  The location is superb. Centrally located. The apt. is charming and has a modern layout. One of us became ill and needed to call an ambulance. Leva was responsive to our time of need and helped us out. Not only with calling but translating.

  We had stay in this property whit little one 2 year old , owner was was so polite and reacted respectfully in our concerns, recommended to all ,if want to stay and discover capital of Lithuania , location this property 10 of 10 , owner guestency 10 of 10. This property got kitchen whit all cutlery , small fridge – freezer , washing machine ( also had 2 psc complimentary washing tablets) , property need a bit of refreshments, but i always say we only stay permanently .

  Very nice location – in a quite neighbourhood, near the park and at the same time 20 min to city center. The apartment is located in the small building which feels like a hotel. Our apartment was over 2 floors and had all the needed amenities, including small kitchen and 2 toilets (one with bathroom). The owner is super helpful and responds very quickly. Parking is available (both free and paid options).
