I’d wake up and grab coffee from this tiny place around the corner — locals packed in there every morning, which is always a good sign. The apartment itself feels authentically Lithuanian but with all the modern touches that actually work. The kitchen’s properly equipped too, not like those sad hotel kitchenettes with one bent spoon and a microwave from 1995. I ended up cooking a few meals because, honestly, it was just so comfortable and the local market nearby had incredible produce.

What really impressed me was the attention to detail — fresh linens that smell like they were line-dried, decent water pressure (you never know in older European buildings), and WiFi that doesn’t cut out every ten minutes. The building’s got character without being creaky, if that makes sense. During my stay in late spring, evenings were perfectly quiet despite being centrally located. Parking was surprisingly manageable too, though I’d still recommend asking about it when you book. The whole experience felt less like a hotel stay and more like house-sitting for a friend with excellent taste. At four stars, it’s punching well above its weight class — I’ve stayed in fancier places that felt way more sterile and impersonal. If you’re the type who wants to actually experience Vilnius rather than just pass through it, this spot gets it right.
