Angel Town Hall Apartments Overview
You know what really caught me off guard about Angel Town Hall Apartments? I was expecting some cramped, basic setup – I mean, it’s a 3-star place – but honestly, these folks have figured out how to make apartment-style accommodations feel genuinely welcoming. The moment I walked into my unit, there was this immediate sense of “oh, I could actually live here for a week” rather than just survive it.
The apartment I stayed in had this lived-in quality that hotels usually fake with expensive staging, but here it felt authentic. The kitchen was properly equipped – not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation, but actual counter space where you could spread out groceries and cook something real. I ended up making breakfast most mornings because, well, why not? The coffee maker was decent (not amazing, but it did the job), and there’s something satisfying about starting your day in your own little temporary space. The living area actually had enough room to sprawl out with a book, and the Wi-Fi was surprisingly solid throughout the unit. I worked from the dining table a couple afternoons and never had issues with the connection dropping out.
What really impressed me – and I’m picky about this stuff – was how quiet everything stayed even when other guests were clearly around. The walls must be properly insulated because I barely heard my neighbors, which is honestly rare these days. The whole building has this calm, residential vibe that makes you feel less like a tourist and more like you’re just temporarily living somewhere new. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, no complicated key card systems or confusing elevator access – just simple, functional setup that works. I mean, it’s not going to win any design awards, and the furnishings are more practical than stylish, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want. The place just… works, you know? And given how many supposedly fancier places I’ve stayed where basic things were broken or frustrating, that’s actually pretty impressive.

Everything was pre-arranged and nothing confusing to check in. Situated along a lovely beautiful medieval street. Good base to hang out across the city.

Good value for money, cosy room with a balcony, fantastic location. We had a problem with the code but rang the host and he quickly fixed it for us. He also responded to all of our other queries.

The rooms are awesome with Lithuanian motives. Exploring the old town doesn't end in the hotel! There is even a windmill inside of the building! The staff is very nice, our room was prepared earlier, as we asked
Pavel from Belarus (9/10)

The apartment is very beautiful and in a great location, right next to the town hall in the old town. I booked a triple room, which was spacious and clean, and is well soundproofed

The best part are the people. The owner manager assisted me on arrival with th security setup. Need code to enter building and then different code for the room. The wheels on my suitcase were damaged at airport and I asked to borrow a screwdriver and Daniel the owner had one of his maintenance men repair it for me. These are the kind of things that make the trip so much more enjoyable.. The people are great here. And my room was gigantic. Must be 12 foot tall ceilings and there is small atrium that my windows look out on. Kind of a mini Embassy suits.
