Here’s the thing about staying here that most travel sites won’t tell you – you’re positioned perfectly for exploring both sides of Vilnius without dealing with the tourist circus around Cathedral Square. Walk five minutes one direction and you’re deep in the bohemian Užupis quarter with its tiny galleries and riverside cafés where locals actually drink their coffee (not just tourists taking Instagram shots). Head the other way and you’ll hit the main Old Town attractions, but honestly, some of my best memories were just wandering the immediate neighborhood early in the morning when the light hits those medieval buildings just right and you can smell fresh bread from the local bakeries. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – no corporate scripts or upselling, just someone who clearly knows the area giving you the kind of practical advice you’d get from a friend. Sure, you won’t find a concierge desk or room service here, but when you’re this embedded in one of Europe’s most walkable historic centers, who needs it?   Apartments are in the nearest place to the old town, in the center of Uzupis. Nice place for walking, gastronomical pleasure, making fotos, near river sitting. There is IKI shop in short distance. We will take this apartments next time.
