Nothing fancy, but everything works properly – which honestly matters more than marble countertops when you’re trying to get a good night’s sleep.

The location is actually pretty clever if you know Vilnius at all. You’re in a quieter residential pocket, so you won’t have drunk tourists stumbling past your window at 2 AM (trust me, this matters), but you’re still close enough to walk into the heart of things without needing to budget for constant taxi rides. I found myself enjoying the morning walk through the neighborhood – there’s something nice about seeing how locals actually live instead of just bouncing between tourist spots. The area has that lived-in feel with small shops and cafes where you’ll hear more Lithuanian than English, which I actually prefer. Parking was surprisingly manageable too, which anyone who’s driven in European city centers will appreciate.

What really won me over, though, was the consistency of everything. The Wi-Fi actually worked reliably (why is this still a challenge for so many places?), the hot water stayed hot, and the housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work. It’s one of those places where you can tell the management isn’t cutting corners just to boost profit margins. Sure, you’re not getting a spa or a rooftop bar, but you’re getting something arguably more valuable – a place that does the basics exceptionally well without any unpleasant surprises. For the price point, it’s honestly hard to imagine finding better value in Vilnius. Sometimes the best travel experiences come from places that focus on being genuinely good rather than flashy, and Angel House definitely falls into that category.

  Мы бронировали жилье на месяц, 2 человека, но в итоге нам было удобнее съехать на 5 дней раньше. И хоть это не разрешено правилами Booking, хозяйка пошла нам навстречу и изменила даты бронирования.
  
  Расположение: находится в старом городе, много достопримечательностей и интересных мест в шаговой доступности. В радиусе 5 минут пешком есть миллион ресторанов (Бар Šnekutis например, попробуйте там драники), Iki Express (продукты), Drogas (косметика, химия), остановка общественного транспорта и прочее.
  
  Квартира в целом: все красиво и комфортно, удобное самостоятельное заселение и выселение, много различных источников света и розеток по всей квартире. 2 шкафа с вешалками, высокие потолки. Вид из окна немного загорожен стеной, но все равно красивый (иногда даже бывают видны воздушные шары).
  
  Кухня/Гостиная: Есть духовка, плита, большой холодильник, морозильник, чайник и много посуды. Еще есть сушилка для белья, небольшой телевизор, посудомойка, утюг. Может что-то забыл упомянуть. Диван удобный. У нас были все важные бытовые мелочи, типо соли/чая/мыла.
  
  Ванная: Очень все классно сделано. Удобный умывальник с полкой для вещей, очень мощный душ с мгновенной горячей водой в любое время, бортик на полу у душа, чтобы вода не растекалась, электрическая сушилка для полотенец, вентиляция. Есть стиральная машина с функцией сушки и фен (средней мощности).
  
  Общение: Мы общались с Кристиной в переписке и один раз общались с её мужем лично. Очень приятные, отзывчивые и гостеприимные люди, которые помогают не потому что вынуждены, а потому что им действительно хочется и приятно помочь.
  
  В общем это практически идеальный вариант, очень рекомендую.
