Amicus Hotel Overview

First Impressions

Walking into Amicus Hotel, you immediately get that feeling of stumbling onto something good that most tourists haven’t figured out yet. It’s tucked away in the Naujininkai district, which honestly sounds more intimidating than it actually is — this three-star property has a warmth that hits you right when you step through the doors. The lobby isn’t trying too hard to impress, but there’s something genuinely welcoming about the place that makes you think, okay, I can definitely relax here.

Location & Getting Around

Here’s what I love about where Amicus Hotel sits — you’re close enough to central Vilnius that nothing feels like a trek, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with the tourist crowds every time you step outside. The Naujininkai area has this authentic residential vibe that gives you a real taste of how locals actually live. I mean, couples consistently rate the location highly, and I get why — there’s something romantic about discovering a neighborhood that feels genuinely Lithuanian rather than packaged for visitors. Plus, having free private parking is honestly a game-changer if you’re driving around the Baltics.

The Room Experience

The rooms at Amicus Hotel strike that perfect balance between comfortable and unpretentious. You’re not getting marble bathrooms or designer furniture, but everything works exactly as it should, and the beds are actually comfortable — which, let’s be honest, is what matters most after a day of walking around Vilnius’s cobblestone streets. The rooms feel clean and well-maintained, with enough space that you’re not constantly bumping into your luggage. What really impressed me was how quiet everything stays, even though you’re still connected to the city.

Breakfast & Practical Perks

The buffet breakfast here is one of those pleasant surprises that makes you appreciate staying at a place that knows its strengths. It’s not elaborate, but there’s enough variety to fuel whatever you’ve got planned for the day, and the coffee is actually decent — something you can’t always count on. You know what really sets this place apart though? The number of people who come back. There’s something to be said for a hotel that earns that kind of loyalty, especially when you’re competing with flashier options in the city center.

Why Guests Love It

Amicus Hotel works because it doesn’t try to be something it’s not. This is a solid, reliable three-star property that delivers on the basics while giving you access to a side of Vilnius that feels more authentic than the main tourist zones. The high ratings make sense when you experience the genuine hospitality and realize you’re getting excellent value without sacrificing comfort. If you want to explore Lithuania’s capital from a base that feels more like a neighborhood discovery than a tourist pit stop, this is exactly the kind of place that makes a trip memorable for the right reasons.

Exploring Vilnius offers visitors an unforgettable journey through Lithuania’s cultural heart, from its UNESCO-listed baroque old town to its vibrant contemporary arts scene and beautiful Baltic atmosphere.

We were staying here before the flight from Vilnius airpot and the location for that wss perfect. Staff was friendly, everything was clean and comfortable. Bar located on the ground floor was a nice addition 🙂

  • Zukauskaite from Spain (9/10)

It was second time coming to this hotel. Love the place where is situated, not in the centre so there is no noise to rest, but close enough to gey by taxi for 4 euros in 10 min to city center, near airport. Stuff both times was amazing and really helpful. On the check out date we needed to leave before kitchen opens and because we paid for breakfast they prepared it for us day before. Room was big and clean. When coming back, going to this hotel again, really worth for the price.

Room and beds were the best. Late night check-in was very easy and there was no problem at all. Location of the hotel is very good.

The bus stop is around 8 minutes walk and the connectivity to the airport and city is excellent. Lidl and Maxima supermarkets are also in the vicinity. Kettle was there in the room.
