The whole “no staff” thing might sound weird at first – you literally just get a code and let yourself in – but there’s something refreshingly drama-free about it. The location is actually pretty clever if you know Vilnius at all. Naujininkai isn’t the touristy Old Town area (you’re about 15 minutes from all that medieval charm), but that’s sort of the point. It’s where actual people live, which means better prices at the little grocery stores nearby and way less noise from drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. I mean, Rodūnios kelias itself is fairly quiet – mostly residential with decent bus connections if you don’t have a car. The apartments themselves are what you’d expect from a solid 3-star place: clean, functional, nothing fancy but everything works. The beds are actually comfortable (not always a given in this price range), and the kitchenettes are properly equipped – like, you can actually cook a real meal, not just heat up instant noodles.

What I really appreciate is how straightforward everything is. The check-in process takes about 30 seconds once you figure out which entrance is yours, parking is usually available on the street without too much hunting, and the whole self-service approach means you’re not tied to anyone else’s schedule. Want to check in at midnight? Fine. Need to leave at 5 AM? No problem. That 8.3 rating makes sense too – it’s not trying to be luxury, just good value that delivers what it promises. The neighborhood comes alive during the day with locals heading to work and kids playing in the courtyards, but it settles down nicely in the evenings. You know what really sold me though? The little details that show someone actually thought about what travelers need – decent Wi-Fi that doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, proper blackout curtains for those bright summer nights, and enough electrical outlets that you’re not playing musical chairs with your devices. If you’re the type who prefers independence over hand-holding and wants to experience Vilnius like a temporary local rather than a tourist, this place hits the sweet spot.

  Very convenient location if you are flying by plane, a maximum of 15 minutes on foot from the airport to the apartment, quick check-in, a clean room with a shower and toilet, everything you need after a long journey. There is everything you need: a kitchen, a kettle, an iron, a hairdryer, and a washing machine
  
  What could be improved: It was a pity that the room had a sofa instead of a double bed, but we got enough sleep. It would have been great if there had been a double bed.

  We stayed here before an early flight the next day. The accommodation is great for this purpose: easy to reach from Vilnius Old Town by bus, and the airport is only ca 15min walk away. Check-in instructions were clear. The apartment was clean, and looked like in the pictures. Comfortable bed!

  The location is relatively close to the airport so it’s good idea before or after catching flights. Fully equipped kitchen with all needed tools.

  Great location literally 15 minutes walk from the airport. Book second or third floor feels more secure this way.
